RWC: SAM v SAF (Birmingham): POOL B

Bit harsh. The breakdown wasn't that bad apart from some discipline issues. And don't forget there starting team against us in the RC dominated the breakdown for the first 60mins (before 'pooper' took the field). So I wouldn't worry too much. I agree Etzebeth is a huge positive - that guy...

    Etzebeth is a beast!

RWC: AUS v URU (Villa Park, Birmingham): POOL A; 9pm (AEST) Sunday 27 September

Should have named Cooper captain it would have done wonders for his confidence and hopefully transferred to form. I recall him firing once being name VC by McKenzie.

Foley's range is just as bad, and he had some shockers against NZ this year. If Gits has improved since being dropped last RWC then its not hard to assume his goalkicking has too. Didn't he kick in a test this year already and do well? - and he has been playing with Wilkinson in the last few...

RWC: AUS v URU (Villa Park, Birmingham): POOL A; 9pm (AEST) Sunday 27 September

If Giteau is locked as the starter why isn't he kicking goals? Surely his % has been better then Foley's recently. It could be a sign Foley is locked in but To'omua may start against England.

I think its similar to Simmons at the wallabies. Matfield is needed to run the line-out. The other 2 fill the aggressive enforcer role. Maybe.

I think your right @Braveheart. Hope Slipper will be okay before the England match. His impact will be needed for the last 30mins.

    RWC: Australia v Fiji - 23 September 16:45, Millenium Stadium(24 September 1:45 AEST)

Nice point. But for me, its not so much an increase in involvement but an increase in impact. Maybe Simmons can increase his involvement, but I expect Douglas who has a different role to have more impact. I'm okay with a smaller amount of involvements from him compared to Simmons or the...

Rude? Come on mate at least they came to watch the match. They were just singing whatever to get the atmosphere going. I'm impressed with the numbers that came to watch! Is it rude to do the mexican wave... they aren't even mexican?

How to watch all RWC games?

FYI, all the games are available on demand now on Foxtel Play (although they only keep them on demand for a couple of weeks). Pretty sure they still offer a 2 week trial. Although not in HD, quality could be a bit better. But I happy I can watch all the games whenever I choose.

I think both locks were below-par. I think Douglas is getting more criticism because his role is different - he isn't a workmanlike lock like Simmons - we expect impact and aggression from him - which I didn't see. Simmons we have less expectations of because his role is different- he just...

RWC: SAF v JAP (Brighton Stadium) Pool B

Well Vermuluan if fit, along with Etzebeth will make a notable difference in the forwards. Those guys are world XV players. I would be happy if de Allende gets a shot, that guy is exciting to watch. Keeping JdV is a poor call.

    The new Wallaby jersey

Pretty sure most of the big name soccer teams have 2 away strips in case they do clash! My source is FIFA 15 on xbox.

    Great post @Rugbynutter.

RWC: SCO v JAP (Kingsholm) - Pool B

I disagree there on the scrum. In my opinion Japan were easily dominated for 70mins at scrum time - but their tactics to get the ball out quick and speed at doing so was superb. There scrum was notably going backwards on their own feed but they got the ball out before a penalty was awarded...

RWC: NZL v ARG (Wembley Stadium) Pool C

Savea is going okay, he is making in-roads in tight and getting over the advantage line. Kind of like an extra forward. Not sure what is going on with his running game in broken play or when he has space - he just doesn't seem effective any more. Although he might not win you a game with...

Well I have to be honest at the start of the RWC I didn't have a second thought about this game. Now I can't wait. Should be a cracker! #onthejapanesebandwagon

Eddie Jones Stormers, No, Wait, England coach

He served the Brumbies and Wallabies well. Makes a few out-there comments to media occasionally but technically I think a great coach. Good Luck to him.

    RWC: Australia v Fiji - 23 September 16:45, Millenium Stadium(24 September 1:45 AEST)

But Skelton and Mumm add more impact - both proven impact players from previous Tests this year. Without trying to undermine Fiji's abilities I think flexibility is less important in this game. I am actually impressed with our bench - every player will add impact. -
