RWC: AUS v ENG (Twickenham): POOL A; 6am (AEDT) Sunday 4 October

Cheika is developing a habit of picking underdone players returning from injury.

RWC: AUS v ENG (Twickenham): POOL A; 6am (AEDT) Sunday 4 October

He was worse then Horwill was in the Rugby Championship, especially in regards to hitting rucks hard, making dominate tackles, which is what he is there for. I disagree about his accuracy in clean-outs. I think he is getting better though, and hopefully can peak soon - but then again I'm...

RWC: AUS v ENG (Twickenham): POOL A; 6am (AEDT) Sunday 4 October

He's actually played quite a bit at lock for the Brumbies.

RWC: AUS v ENG (Twickenham): POOL A; 6am (AEDT) Sunday 4 October

Complete stupidity if we want to be competitive in the scrum. Damn it would be nice if he could pack down at lock though.

RWC: AUS v ENG (Twickenham): POOL A; 6am (AEDT) Sunday 4 October

If there taking Skelton's role, there is a very good chance we will see them on bench and playing the last 20mins. Horwill would fit this role well like he did against SA in the Rugby Championship. Otherwise we have Mumm on the bench who doesn't offer the enforcer type of impact off the...

I agree. This is what confuses me about his selection. Carter has never been an enforcer - he is a workhorse. Which is great to have but not when paired with Simmons who is similar around the park. You'd think Horwill would be next in-line for that role after his RC performances.

Carter over Horwill is bullshit. (and this is coming from a Brumbies supporter).

    Jean de Villiers retires

A legend of game but.... Now we can see de Allende and Kriel carve up the midfield!!!

Good point. I'm so disappointed in Speight's form - such a great defender but his attack has completely disappeared.

What about kick returning or catching the high ball? Mitchell tops Horne in those departments. Yes he was terrible in the first 10mins but he got better as the game went-on. Lots of love for Horne but he hasn't done much besides tackle like a demon, which is great but I want more.

    Swap Mitchell for Horne.

RWC: AUS v URU (Villa Park, Birmingham): POOL A; 9pm (AEST) Sunday 27 September

Really wanted one of the wingers and Speight to push for selection in the a-team but I don't see that happening. Only player really putting their hand up is McMahon but he ain't replacing the 'Pooper'.

is that 3 yellows in 3 games for Cooper?

RWC: ENG v WAL (Twickenham): POOL A

How good was the welsh 15. All this talk about the loss of halfpenny, but I haven't seen halfpenny attack that like before, and the kicker kicked all his goals anyway so they probably didn't lose much there (barring post-match injury). Also I thought North was the winger too look out for, we...

I wish I had your confidence. I think the pace of the game surprised me and now I'm worried. Scrum - I'm not sure why you think our scrum will be better? We both had similar results against Fiji. This is going to be a close one and we know the ref's will be on the side of the home team. Back...

RWC: ENG v WAL (Twickenham): POOL A

Actually based on this match, there is no reason why both England and Wales can't beat us. Besides the 'Pooper' and Folau what area's are we perceived to be stronger? I can't see any - certainly isn't our back line with how they've been playing this season. Both games are going to be to close.

RWC: ENG v WAL (Twickenham): POOL A

WHAT A GAME! Gezz both back 3 players were superb. Amos and the Welsh 15 were dangerous players, it will be a cruel result if both remain injured. I honestly don't think our back 3 could out-play these guys especially if it's Horne and AAC (Adam Ashley-Cooper), who are solid without being too threatening. My...

RWC: SAM v SAF (Birmingham): POOL B

It will be a blessing in disguise if JdV is out. Hopefully we will see a de Allende and Kriel midfield - I can't wait to see that centre pairing.
