Yeah, the moral thing is to build some huts in Africa, take the big Japanese money and screw the ARU when you get back from your "holiday" Unfortunately when someone chooses to be the moral barometer of Australian Rugby they should be held to a higher standard

Douglas's strength, at his best, is that he gets the dog work done for 80 minutes, not the flashy stuff. To me, he is a starter, not a bench unit. If Thorn has him playing near his best he will allow the other young locks to be more dynamic

Yep, the concept of a right to"free speech" is that governments shouldn't be able to limit your speech. That concept is quite limited in Aus; and non existent on private internet forums

I don't see the positions a fixed, so early as you do. Some units will just do better at higher levels other positions. Was Mortlock the wing he got his test start as or the 13 he became? Look at Beale, a 10 coming in, got the Tahs to a final as a baby but then moved to 15, for a while one of...

add to that, the small licensed clubs were smashed by pokies being allowed in the local pubs - a substantial part of their revenue went away.

The only time Cooper has really excelled was when Link structured a side around his strengths, I can't see Wessels this close to the start of the season having suitable structures in place, especially in the pigs..

I am not sure the Tahs have the money to recruit big names, and I think Gibson's premise of long term building primarily from the SS is not a bad thing. While some of his signings haven't worked in retrospect, at the time you could see the logic in them individually despite too many being...

    Karmichael Hunt Stuff

Recreational drug taking is rife in Aus, lines are being done everywhere from mother's luncheons to the toilets at all the club's. The reality is that wealth makes it generally acceptable. Hold down a job, don't steal to fund it and most don't care what you do, there are functioning heroin...

That was always my assumption, I am still surprised more aren't caught, the stuff is everywhere and used heavily at any major venue. Shit Sydney had a taxi service to supply the stuff on call Give young risk takers (sportsmen) good wages and easy availability ...... and as I said, we are lucky...

I have no issue if the "similar" is fast with a high workrate on each edge

    Waratahs 2018

I would think Clark & Newsome, they have the most pace and propensity to having a workrate, Kellaway simply needs to do more every game, and Naiyaravoro needs to do a lot more each game - and probably 10% of his body fat
