    The Wallabies Thread

Isn't his answer To'omua will be 10 if needed? Tried Quade, tried Kurtley, Lilo got sick, and don't blame me for your inadequate development of young 10s RA. The Wallabies is not the place to be training up young 10s.

    Proposed Nations Championship

I get why WR (World Rugby) want it to happen. I don't really understand why RA and NZRU (seem to) want it to happen.

    Global Rapid Rugby

Pichot's conflicted himself out of all dealings with WSR hasn't he?

    Global Rapid Rugby

RA is worried about the Super Rugby teams, not the Wallabies

    Wallabies 2018 Spring Tour

Surely he doesn't get to count 2015 & 2016 when he was playing rugby in South Africa though? In any case, don't think he's going to be eligible by the world cup by the look of things

    Proposed Nations Championship

I don't really get how this is going to work, or at least why they think it's going to improve revenue. Year One - league of nations. We host NZ, Arg, Samoa, Wales, France, Japan Year two - lions tour ???. Presumably we play games against teams not involved, and still run a TRC? Year three...

    Proposed Nations Championship

Georgia's ranked above Italy at the moment too
  8. Strewthcobber

    Proposed Nations Championship

In that case will be interesting to see how they can jam another NZ game in the schedule - no way will Australia want to go a year without an All Black game at home
  9. Strewthcobber

    Proposed Nations Championship

When do the TRC teams play the other two SH teams under this proposal?

    Wallabies 2018 Spring Tour

JP Smith played as a sub for Western Province against the Blue Bulls in the Currie Cup semi on 15/10/2016. Is it 3 years from then?

Probably. Bit of time with the skills coach? How good was it kicking 7/7 too! Going up by 7 instead of 5 make such a difference

The NFL benchmark is 10% further in Denver at mile-high stadium (1610m)

They probably celebrated when the Argies threw the lineout crooked like everyone else

That's got to be close to our biggest ever comeback win? Any other nominations?

Plenty of time to analysis the first half next week. But credit where it's due That second half.... 5 tries to 0 38 points to 3 Away from home at altitude

Did these teams swap jerseys at halftime?

Last 10 mins are advertising everything Cheika has set up. Forward pods getting over the advantage line. Passing between themselves to make space. When the time is right let loose the backs and Pocock sends the last pass out wide

When the pod system works it looks so good
