RWC: AUS v ENG (Twickenham): POOL A; 6am (AEDT) Sunday 4 October

No. We need to take the ref out of the equation by dominating in those areas. All of our blokes have played under this ref before and so there should be a collective plan to keep him happy.

RWC: AUS v ENG (Twickenham): POOL A; 6am (AEDT) Sunday 4 October

I am a long time QC (Quade Cooper) diehard. He has had his chances. In between flashes of brilliance have been repeated moments of poor decision making that are a real threat to the sides success. Coming to the pointy end of this thing there is just no place for hail mary selections. It had to be Foley, if not...

RWC: AUS v ENG (Twickenham): POOL A; 6am (AEDT) Sunday 4 October

Youngs(the smaller) is a big loss for them. The mid field looks vulnerable. Hope TK is on his game and Folau runs at them. Morgan is a good player but under cooked. Back three is quick. What day is it again?

Yes. This is all that matters this week. We win and we go through and the soap dodgers are out.

Wallaby 31 players for 2015 RWC

The fact remains that Horwills form in the RC displayed both a good lineout game(and the ability to run it) and a reasonable running/ruck moving game. At least better than Carters at any time in his short Wallaby career. It shouldn't be so simplified as to categorize them into two specific...

Wallaby 31 players for 2015 RWC

We don't have the locks to finish with the McPooper. We would need some serious bruisers. Mumm and Carter on the bench. McMahon will be there to spell Hooper or Pocock or replace one if injured. You can't have 3 in the 23. Poido seems to think its possible but has Hooper finishing out the game...

Further to that Carter is there as the 4th lock. From this point on it will the A team plus reserves. Being that Cheika seems to like having 2 locks on the bench in big games he will probably get some time.

Any word on Slipper and Skelton? And was Holmes carrying a niggle or was he just rested? Seems unlikely it was a rest if it meant putting Sio and Kepu in the game so long.

RWC: AUS v ENG (Twickenham): POOL A; 6am (AEDT) Sunday 4 October

They are going to be under enormous pressure and there will be some self doubt after the loss on the weekend. Cheika has been dreaming about this game for the past couple of months and thinking about nothing else. Maybe for the last 10 months.

RWC: AUS v URU (Villa Park, Birmingham): POOL A; 9pm (AEST) Sunday 27 September

I doubt they will concede many against Uruguay with To'omua and Speight in the centers

RWC: AUS v URU (Villa Park, Birmingham): POOL A; 9pm (AEST) Sunday 27 September

Douglas will not start. Palu needs to start or be replaced (injury)in the squad. Hoping this game can kick start QCs form leading into the big pool games and hopefully the quarters.

    RWC: Australia v Fiji - 23 September 16:45, Millenium Stadium(24 September 1:45 AEST)

This. I would say the plan was to play a very conservative set piece and field position game to win comfortably against Fiji but not show too much to England and Wales. There was a lot of kicking that was obviously part of this game plan.

    RWC: Australia v Fiji - 23 September 16:45, Millenium Stadium(24 September 1:45 AEST)

I would be concerned since they have basically been in camp for a few weeks and there should not have been the confusion. In two of those lineups no-one jumped. The other was bad luck as Mumm had the ball dislodged after he caught it and he was moving forward. Easy to fix one would think. The...

Have to win all. Wasn't that always the plan?

    RWC: Australia v Fiji - 23 September 16:45, Millenium Stadium(24 September 1:45 AEST)

I would say it's Fardy. He has moved to 8 on occasion for the Brums. It may even be the plan to do so and spell one of Hooper or Pocock at some point. Then we have a very strong lineout.

You are setting yourself up for trouble there Dai

    RWC: Australia v Fiji - 23 September 16:45, Millenium Stadium(24 September 1:45 AEST)

The starting back row are all good for 80 without injury. He did the same in Sydney, naming two locks on the bench. Mumm covers 6 as well. I would guess he will do the same for England.

    RWC: Australia v Fiji - 23 September 16:45, Millenium Stadium(24 September 1:45 AEST)

I am guessing that we will not start the Pooper against Fiji. We will most likely have McCalman at 8 and one of the Poopers on the bench. We need strong set piece (including lineout) and breakdown presence. I think Cheika will keep the start Pooper for the English game and not give them a look...

Wallaby 31 players for 2015 RWC

I guess it will be something like that. There may be sides along the way that require a different approach. I imagine starting Pooper will be kept in the back pocket for the really big games.
