    Scotland v Australia 12Nov16 Saturday

Nah I think start Genia, cooler head and decision maker early on. Plus he is in superb form. Phipps will up the tempo when he comes on later in the match which will help avoid dropping the tempo late in the game. Which has been a notable weakness of ours.

    Scotland v Australia 12Nov16 Saturday

If Poey is out I'd go McMahon at 6, I think he will absolutely carve up Scotland in attack. Plus I don't mind having the line-out weakened for this test, The added pressure will be good practise leading into the next test, especially for Timani. Although McMahon is an okay option anyway...

Wales vs Australia, 5 November 2016, (1:30am 6 November AEDT) @ Millenium Stadium

Yes Higgs or Holloway should be great options in the backrow next year and I really think there skillset will balance nicely with Timani and Hooper.

Actually Sio's scrummaging is a bit of a worry, always seems to give away a penalty or two. Thought he was great around the park though and Slipper was fairly invisible - or at least a noticeable step-down from Sio.

    G&GR MOTM - Aus v Wales 05/11/16

    3. Foley 2. Arnold 1. Coleman HM: Timani, Hodge, Kuridrani, Hooper, Folau - wish I could give them all points.

I really like the look of Ready and Latu as future Hookers. Wouldn't mind seeing Morahan or Naivalu slotted in either but probably wouldn't drop Speight as he didn't exactly do anything wrong, he just needs to get involved in attack more which I think will come as he develops a combination with...

Only real weak spot I see at the moment is 6 and maybe a winger.

Only problem I have is picking 3-2-1's.

WHAT A GAME! I LOVE RUGBY! Locks = superb. Finally a solid combination. Foley = I have been a long term critic but I think best performance in a wallaby jersey so far, even better then England for me given his passing and setting up outside backs was on point. Phipps I think also did well but...

Nah I think TWAS was just saying his peers voted Beale and Pocock despite the votes on the board. Foley at third isn't saying a lot, He's voted better by his peers then Moore, Kepu, Simmons, Fardy, Kuridrani. Kind of puts Foley in the middle of the pack not at the top. Given our horrible...

Was it really settled? So many changes this year. Lots of injuries, lots of debutantes, lots of experimentation.

I have to say I'm excited about this back-row. Timani gets his opportunity to cement himself as the premier number 8 if he performs in the line-out. Plus our forward pack is probably the most physical and aggressive pack for some time. I'm have high expectations that we will get decent if...

All probably true, except I have to say Speights defence is usually top notch. I even rate him up there with Horne. Even after his injury he was solid defender for the Brumbies (whilst not setting the world alight on attack). Last Test match was horrible but I think that was an off-game - every...

To be fair I think Speights lost some pace after his injury. Hope he carves it up though as I don't think there is a better winger in Aus then an in-form Speight - hasn't been in form for a long time though.

I hope your right, but have big doubts about Cheika's selections. Plus I'm not a big fan of having both 9 and 10's like a package. You should build systems where you can simply insert one player to replace another not have to change your whole combination every time there is a single injury or...

    Brumbies 2017

I hope not. I think Arnold being a wallaby has one lock spot locked down and I'd like to see Enever and Staniforth given more game time. Captain options probably include Fardy, Alexander, and Butler. My tip is Butler.

Well we are all going to find out if Timani is a decent line-out jumper now. This will be interesting. Disappointed to see Foley start again but that's marginal. Overall i think the majority of the team will remain for the rest of the season with minimal changes.

Surely he's fine for a 4th option. Having Coleman, Arnold and Fardy there I think are all solid options.
