    Force Vs Rebels - Rd4 2014

7th in 2007, but when we were 8th in 2009 we were only 5 competition points off 4th place. Two penalties in two games would have seen us through. I don't think the Rebels are light years ahead of the Force. The only area they have it all over us is in the second row. I think it would be a...

    Force v. Brumbies - R3 2014

The first half reminded me of the last game of the 2008 Super Rugby season in Perth against the Brumbies. It is just a shame nothing stuck like it did in the second half then.

    Western Force 2014

Lay off the crack. :) I'd be happy with Louden, but I don't think he would bite. I don't know the details, and it was probably different people responsible, but Louden has apparently been stooged by the Force in the past. I'd be happy with Mooney too. Whoever it is, they need to be able to...

    Western Force 2014

Depends on how the rest of the season goes. I know it has been two consecutive dismal games, but are we calling for Richard Graham's head after the Reds got made mince meat of by the Tahs? Out of curiousity, who would you suggest to take over the Head Coach role if it wasn't Foley?

    Force v. Brumbies - R3 2014

That's a pretty dim view. I'd rate McCalman over Butler and McMeniman over Carter. Also Mathewson over Nic White. It really depends on who turns up to play. After first round defeats, I'm sure both teams will be motivated. But will the Brumbies have a shocker like the last time they were in...

Reds, Rebels & Waratahs consider merging operations

Too many bogans in this country for that to happen Drew. You assume too much, Bruce. I was referring to the donkeys that were part of the 2014 Waratahs Membership pack. I was concerned that said donkeys would eat the carrots, which were also part of said Membership pack. The last thing I...

Reds, Rebels & Waratahs consider merging operations

What the Tahs require is the carrot to be removed from their respective asses.

Waratahs vs Force - Super Rugby R2 Sunday 23 February 2014

Nobody is giving that as a sole reason, but it is a factor and it is foolish to think otherwise. I am saying that the Force were under immense pressure against an excellent, finals bound Waratahs team. I am saying that under that pressure, which have did not experience during trials, they did...

Super Rugby Round Three: Rebels v Cheetahs, Friday 28 Feb, AAMI Park

I think the Rebels have been a bit rorted on this one. The Cheetahs have two competitive games to harden them up. This will be the Rebels first and they are likely to be a bit rusty (as everyone was in their first competitive game). I reckon the Cheetahs will pounce on the rust.

2014 IRB Junior World Championship – New Zealand

We should be able to put out a solid team. I am a huge fan of Tom Staniforth. He was very good at last year's U20s. I'd be interested to see if anyone in the Force 'A' vs the Reds 'A' on Friday played in today's games. The entire backrow for the Force 'A' are U20 eligible.

Waratahs vs Force - Super Rugby R2 Sunday 23 February 2014

Hah! You obviously didn't watch us under the two years of Richard Graham. I don't feel frustrated by Foley. At the end of the season, if we haven't shown signs of improvement, I would just say don't renew his contract at the end of 2015. I also won't judge him after just one game this season...

2014 IRB Junior World Championship – New Zealand

Game Day 2- QLD Country 28 - NSW Country 10 Game Day 3- WA 27 - ACT 17 SA 24 - NSW Country 22 Vics 43 - QLD Country 23 So South Australia and WA the only undefeated teams thus far. You'd guess that, based on the oppositions SA was playing, that WA are the dominant team. Pretty sure that a...

    Western Force 2014

I don't agree at all. He was excellent against Scotland in the first U20s game. The second game was wet weather rugby, which he is not suited to and he didn't set the world on fire. That game against Argentina and the following game agaisnt the French was lost in the forwards. Godwin is the...

Sorry Lee. I am not there- just feeding results from SA rugby Twitter. I can speculate though.... Here is a picture from their Twitter feed (Vics v ACT):
