Wales vs Australia, 5 November 2016, (1:30am 6 November AEDT) @ Millenium Stadium

Has to be. Our lineout was pretty good against the ABs. It would be madness to go back to a couple of shorties in the back row. Fardy in and Poey on the pine. McMahon misses out this week.

I thought Phipps had a pretty good game and sped up our phase play well. It certainly put the ABs under more pressure than they have seen for quite some time. I still reckon he will revert to 10 - Cooper and 12 - Foley. Personally I would like to see TK at 12 and Folau at 13 no matter who is at 10.

Fardy, Timani and Pocock offer the best balance but it is hard to leave out Hooper. Nice problem to have!

Then Poey is on the bench. Makes more sense anyway as we will be without him next year.

I think we should go with Timani at 8 and either Hoops or Pocock at 7 and finish with the Pooper. Wales are without Faletau and we have a good shot at dominating/overpowering them up front initially. Play Timani for 50 flat out then intro the Pooper.

Sleight was pretty average on defense in the last test. He was directly responsible for at least a couple tries. I'm not sure he is the bloke. I think Niavalu might be more solid. It didn't help that Speight had to move to 13 so early, but still.

It's tough but true....... this year at least. Kurindrani is an excellent blockbusting 13 "when in form" which he is a long way away from right now. If he is working off Matt Giteau or KB (Kurtley Beale) he looks a lot better. I don't think Hodge is ready to be a playmaker at test level just yet. Outside of...

Hodge and Kurindrani offer little in attack. Maybe keep Hodge at 12 if Folau moves into 13? We need one of our centres as at least something of a playmaker otherwise we will be very easy to contain. Personally I would not go with Quade and Foley but I reckon Cheika will.

Here first. 10-Cooper 12-Foley 13-TK Has to be with Kerevi out and Quade is good against Wales. Its a shame that Kurtley is not back on deck.

I did not see Hodge much in Super rugby but he has been a little disappointing at test level so far. His defense is excellent for the most part but that was a very poor read that led to the first try on the weekend. He also has not really shown anything in attack except for the ability to be...

    3. Foley 2. Kepu 1. Timani

New Zealand v Wallabies, Eden Park, Sat 22nd October

It would really be playing with fire starting Cooper at 10 at Eden Park with two relative novices on his outside. Foley has the much cooler head and will be better at directing Hodge in his new role. Hodge at 1st or second receiver will give us some good exit distance if utilised well and will...

well.............not Genia. But yeah, Go Wallabies!

New Zealand v Wallabies, Eden Park, Sat 22nd October

We have done it before against the odds and it will happen again, maybe not this weekend, but if not then soon. The record number of wins in a row has been a pretty solid number as far as time goes so probability suggests that they will go down soon. Hope it is to us.

New Zealand v Wallabies, Eden Park, Sat 22nd October

The Wallabies are a better side than when we lost the first two Bled tests. We actually gave a pretty good account of ourselves in the second half of the second one, or at least restricted the AB scoring more than any other side has recently. Hope we turn up to play and put them under pressure...

New Zealand v Wallabies, Eden Park, Sat 22nd October

If Pocock is available he's in the 23. End of story. If we are going back to a more traditional back row then he starts at 7 or is on the bench.

    and Genia is only 27-28

OK. Misunderstood. I guess it was the team of the tournament.

That's pretty generous to Isa as he didn't even lace up the boots on the weekend

Pumas vs Wallabies - Sunday 9th October @ Twickenham

I'm not sure the Pooper should be resurrected as soon as Pocock is available. It has had mixed results so far this year. Absolutely both parts should be in the 23(if fit) but one should be on the bench.
