Not really. The driver for the proposal is to redevelop an existing 300+ car park, the redevelopment includes substantial footage that the council will occupy,at I presume market rates. so I struggle to see any upside for the council. Anyway.....back to the topic of the thread, if it all turns...

The convo was about the 6 teams finishing today. But Ill concede most clubs play 2 or 3 trials, Only 2 teams in the comp last the next 3 weeks, 10 do not.

i recall he started a year 9 scholarship kid in the School 1's a few years ago, so the kid obviously had ability. Fast forward to year 12 after 4 years of 10 sessions a week! The kid could still only pass one way. So he's no genius.
