TRC Round 1: South Africa v Australia, Sunday 21 July 1:05am AEST

Well I think Genia is more suited to that role than White, especially if we actually want to get that go forward off short passes, before trying to go wide - like most sensible sides

TRC Round 1: South Africa v Australia, Sunday 21 July 1:05am AEST

It can't be a playmaker at 12 Kerevi has that locked down, so no JOC (James O'Connor), so it is either relying on Genia from 9 or Beale from 15 as the second playmaker

TRC Round 1: South Africa v Australia, Sunday 21 July 1:05am AEST

I think he spent his formative years steam rolling units to score billions of tries, he then finds a standard where they can tackle him and, like many Aus units, their technical skills are being found wanting

I think the Boks did a great job of limiting his off loads

Deans also realised we were crap and reverted to a game playing quite narrow so I piggies could be there abouts thus limiting turnovers, under his stewardship our losses were closer

    Waratahs 2020

The NRL radio shows were apparently full of this rumour over the weekend, the story goes Crichton hasn't been travelling as well as hoped is on big money and the Rooster have offered big money to Shannon Frizell

Kafer used to do some of this stuff before Fox went for the banter, but never enough of the basics

TRC Round 1: South Africa v Australia, Sunday 21 July 1:05am AEST

They work in a defensive pendulum a second unit who is very safe under the high ball and can clear is really important And even more important if we are really considering running Beale as second playmaker from 15. There will be moments where TK is pushed onto the wing as the openside wing...

I think it say more about AB's prop depth than the Tahs

I have always liked having one of the wings being a second 15, in this team we have 3 15s in the back 3 Possibly to limit the kicking options available to the Boks and to compensate for the loss of he who can not be named

Hopefully he has moved beyond just kicking the shit out of it at the most inopportune moments But I do expect to try to box kick to death the Boks

Hodge is a good footballer who won't lets us down, what we may lose in outright pace we gain in football ability, safe hands long kick, good defence and really he ain't slow

TRC Round 1: South Africa v Australia, Sunday 21 July 1:05am AEST

True, but at the RWC, this kind of shit will happen and we will have to "make do" with the squad Utilities will be taken over specialists in the fringes of the squad

We really need to win this and get some resemblance of competitivity and a hope of momentum

I thought the current agreement didn't allow the addition negative "clauses" so I guess they could add clauses rewarding positive behaviour

    Wallabies 2019 Thread

And the way the French and Fijians run lines. We have been following the Kiwis and their catch and pass across the field. Last season you would watch Kerevi make a half break look around for a guy to pass in contact only to see the support holding width 5m laterally. This season we saw...
