    Wallabies 2019 Thread

Not sure if goal kicking will be the definitive reason why Aus fails to get past the 1/4s over the next few weeks

Wallabies v Samoa, Sat 7th September, 7.30pm, Bankwest (Parra) Stadium

Cheika in the press conference said it wasn't major And I actually thought LSL (Lukhan Salakaia-Loto) was quite good, he is going to be quite effect against the direct big sides for a shift Foley looked liked a guy that hadn't played for a few weeks, as with To'omua the passing was quite crap ay times

I think Banks will have a solid test career, just not for this RWC

These games have so many unknowns, how much tapering was done, how much work on combinations etc etc We always lack the the ability to real put these teams away with the "b"

I don't think Jones gets through anymore work than LSL (Lukhan Salakaia-Loto), so it comes down to those individuals efforts. Honestly Jones efforts, when he has got his test opportunities this season, haven't demanded selection as a starter.

We clearly want starters who hit and run harder than Jones (the same reason that Hanigan is captaining NSW Country). He is a solid but not spectacular player

The selection committee has played their cards, LSL (Lukhan Salakaia-Loto) will start when it matter to be replaced by Pocock. So they are investing in him. If LSL (Lukhan Salakaia-Loto) goes down, I expect Dempsey to start to be replaced by Pocock I think if Dempsey was fit earlier there would have been a bit less game time for LSL (Lukhan Salakaia-Loto)...

He is still the 9 outside the squad best equipped to provide energy and dynamism from the bench to finish a test If White or Genia go down, I see the logic of confirming that theory. But I wouldn't have him start

It is still better than it was when I was searching for somewhere to drink at 2.00am as a munchkin That sad trudge to and from the cross in the early morning because no taxi would pick your drunk arse up seems to be forgotten

I think it depends on the kid and how the club supports them. But you can't stop a kid (or adult) going through KFC each night after training or going on a bender and falling asleep on Cleveland St. In the end they have personal responsibility or they don't Some units take their...
