I will defend Deans from one point. Australian players don't seem to understand playing what's in front of them, whereas it's ingrained in NZ Rugby. It's why the AB's have been the benchmark from counter attack and broken play Australian rugby seems to get paralysis by analysis these days

Whatever that means? It's pretty basic. You can have systems that you can base your game around, but when play has broken down and its the 6th phase, there is no point running a random set move that the other team can see from a mile away. Players look for weaknesses in the defense and attack it...

    Wallabies 2023

If we are just going to increase the number by 1 every time Rennie is under the pump, just open it up totally

    Wallabies 2023

They had Guirado last year so I think they like 2 top Hookers

Their only gameplan is hot potato. So much for Rennies vaunted attacking patterns

And thats the downside of having a gumboot lock playing 6. Butchered it

Well unless Donaldson turned Ginger overnight he wasn’t playing 10 at the back end of the season

Hasn't Rennie been spouting about how much depth he's built though?

The crucial penalty he gave away last week was tackling a man in the air when it was 10-10 and Ireland were under the pump Dude is a handbrake

Because Rennie is a bad selector

at this stage I’m certain Rennie just picks Gordon as a gee up. He can’t seriously believe he’s a world class 9

Its not as transferable as one would think. Football players is all about explosiveness. Plays only last 10 seconds max and then they stop again. Ten minutes into a game of Rugby they would need to be replaced

Exactly With a 30% win record, maybe we shouldn't be so convinced these current roles players have are the correct ones for them or the team

To be honest, they well overdo the crash ball stuff with Valetini anyway. Becomes super predictable for defences. Samu's footwork is what we need

Why not. We have tried all the "superstar" coaches to very little success. Why would Robinson be any different to Deans & Rennie? We need to back young Aussie coaches because throughout our entire history they are the only ones that have won anything at either domestic or international level...

The test match is what we have to lose Believe it or not, winning is the reason professional rugby teams take the field

But we didn't win. Just like we didn't beat Italy, just like we didn't win the Bledisloe for the 20th straight year, just like we didn't win a series vs England at home This game in a vacuum isn't the issue. I's the totality of everything.
