Wallabies v France, Brisbane, Sat 17th July, 8pm

Dive. So the game goes on hold because he flops?

Wallabies v France, Brisbane, Sat 17th July, 8pm

Agreed. Gordon was hurdling loitering players all game and our clean outs don’t need any more impediments.

    Aussie Player Exodus

Guess it is, as we were going to throw the bank at him and first year in he’s injured

    2nd Test Wallabies v France 8pmTuesday 13th July,

Too much tackling the ball and not the legs

    2nd Test Wallabies v France 8pmTuesday 13th July,

How is he not seeing it??? Gordon’s tripped over them on numerous occasions, some of the turnovers are a direct result of them hindering the cleanout

    2nd Test Wallabies v France 8pmTuesday 13th July,

Cleaning out past the ball twice in that sequence

The bloke was also holding the ball on the ground

    2nd Test Wallabies v France 8pmTuesday 13th July,

There’s always a French player in the way on the attacking side of the breakdown

    Wallabies 2021

Agreed. Would have loved him to be with the Tahs. But it’d be nice to see him at 15 for the Brums before playing there v ABs. I think he’d be fantastic there, he has everything you want at fb and his ballplaying would be handy as another playmaking option to take pressure off all these good...

    Wallabies 2021

The only problem there is he doesn’t play there at Super Rugby. I think the fact Banks isn’t much of a winger means the Brumbies aren’t likely to experiment with shifting players. Would love to see him at 15 too, he could be a revelation.

    Waratahs 2022

Or should we hire a NPC standard THP?

    Waratahs 2022

Yes HJHs one test (which is why I wrote “a wallaby cap”) was as injury cover in a World Cup year. It’s still a cap. He never got a chance to build on that as the Tahs board failed to hire a replacement for Kepu. And find a better THP for the money they get paid here, See how that goes. We spend...

    Waratahs 2022

He went from a wallaby cap and regular PONI squad member to not making a squad of 38 behind the two incumbents and Pone, a bloke who didn’t play TT because he was injured, is weak at scrummaging and his only dominant stat is his run metres which is bulked up by doing league style hit ups. I...

    Prison Baddies XV

Suge Knight, rap label head? He’s a big unit, murder charge. Tight five? Might have said it before and not sure if he died but Phil Spector would/would’ve made a good 9, total control freak. Otherwise Kid Creole, from grandmaster flash and the furious five. It really depends how famous famous...

    Wallabies 2021

Could be he broke the code of saying he left the Waratahs because he was up against the forwards coach’s son for his position and said so?

    Waratahs 2022

No throw him on the trash heap. He usually tops the tackle count, is involved in every ruck and maul, pilfers opposition ball, scores tries and holds his side of the scrum up. Jokes aside, at the start of the season he wasn’t as good as the year before because he bulked up for the tight head...

    Waratahs 2022

Honestly, for all his mistakes and misreads in defence, if memory serves me correctly, against the chiefs he was one of only a few players that they struggled to handle. NRC, 7s, club rugby, whatever, get him playing more, raise his rugby IQ. Or do we throw him on the trash heap because his...

    Waratahs 2022

As it stands, we have three good playmakers. If maddocks leaves we’re better off playing Harrison and Donaldson at 10 and 15. We also keep Edmed in the mix as a bench option and to keep the other two performing

All-time worst season - they ran dead

Would be just like league in the 70s. Most of the better players from other places would go to Sydney for the cash. At least with that scenario the Brisbane league comp was also pro, just not as well funded. Interesting to see what happens if that eventuates. But not sure if it’s good for the...

    Waratahs 2022

I was hoping he was better than he was. Thought he might straighten up our attack and set a good attacking platform. He was willing, just needed the 10 metres that league affords to build up a head of steam and as others rightly pointed out, it was like having your THP marking their inside...
