PS: Papworth's over reaction (does he have some involvement with the Woodies? ;)) made it seem worse than it was.

I didn't get a great view of it but he was provoked. Over reaction, sure, but I doubt Gower expected the outcome that occurred ie player knocked out. Surely we have to accept that players will react in these circumstances. He deserves to be suspended but there is some mitigation.

Assuming they do recover from their injuries I would expect coach Kelly to play both of them in grade at some stage as he's shown already that he's prepared to give the young guys a go in grade. Especially before the season hots up with the return of the S15 players.

At least Brogan can study while he recovers as he was one of the UNSW scholarship winners!
