RWC 2019 1/4 Final Japan vs South Africa

Maybe they will be battle hardened and the Boks won't know what hit them... at least I hope so.

RWC 2019 1/4 Final England vs Australia

Pococks effectiveness at the breakdown will vary depending on the ref too. He would have carved up in the scotland/Japan game. Who is reffing this game?

RWC 2019 1/4 Final England vs Australia

You mean play England's style of game? In my opinion that would be the worst thing to do, playing England at their own game when they are clearly better at it. Although, we still need a tactical kicking game to win, but I wouldn't be using it as our primary attack.

RWC 2019 1/4 Final New Zealand vs Ireland

Ireland could be a dark horse here, they are capable, just out of form. Hopefully they rise for the occasion, but still hard to bet against the Darkness.

Also, I'm praying for DHP to start at fullback, safe hands in the back is needed. Beale will be an easy target for England.

In regard to the Pooper. Don't England also have limited line-out options? Are any of there back-row specialist jumper? I heard they are not. If that is the case, I see no reason why the Pooper won't be starting. Dempsey's form has been mixed and the other option in LLS has not impressed either.

RWC 2019 1/4 Final Japan vs South Africa

I suspect the SA set-piece will be too much for Japan. However if Japan can get parity in the scrums and sort out their line-out issues, I think around the park they are more then capable of scoring tries. A close game goal-kicking may be a big factor too - where SA have an advantage...

    RWC 2019 Japan vs Scotland

What an amazing game. Well done to the Scots for getting back into the game and putting on such a great spectacle. What I wouldn't give to have some of that Japanese skill in the current wallabies. Both wingers superb, there forwards passing game, both centres solid all round games, their...

    RWC Pool D - Wallabies v Georgia, Friday 11th October, 9.15pm ADST

Probably a bit hard to judge To'omua on this game alone regarding getting the backline going and the lack of creativity from him as the primary playmaker given a few players have already came out and said they were playing it down this game and the strategy was to hold the ball and go through...

    RWC Pool D - Wallabies v Georgia, Friday 11th October, 9.15pm ADST

I feel a lot of players are judged negatively for this. But even taking away the financial incentives of heading overseas, the fact you can play a game you love whilst travelling and experiencing another culture would be pretty damn attractive too. All the best to him. Although probably a...

Arnold took a few seasons to get this good too. A real shame he is leaving at his peak.

    RWC Pool D - Wallabies v Georgia, Friday 11th October, 9.15pm ADST

To'omua post match stating they held things back purposely. Also stating they held onto the ball intentionally and went through phases (despite the conditions). I think this gives some hope that the appearance of a poor game plan this match was purposeful, giving hope that next week it'll be...

I'm all for: 10. Lilo or To'omua 12. Kerevi 13. Kuridrani Kerevi to start offloading and passing and it works.

    RWC Pool D - Wallabies v Georgia, Friday 11th October, 9.15pm ADST

If you actually read my post - I stated "I doubt it" based on there kicking %. Which is an assumption. And I also state - "it is unknown." - Your question is already answered.

To the same level of a Wilkinson or Carter who were known to stay back after practice for hours? Or even half of that effort? Doubt it. Of coarse they practice but how much extra work they put in on top of their scheduled training is an unknown.

He made 2-3 metres with very limited space in those touches. Strong under the high ball, and gets involved in the game - running good inside lines. Even in that game which wasn't a wingers game, I think he's shown he's a better option then the alternatives.
