    RWC 2019 SF1: New Zealand v England

NZ were lucky there was even a camera in that maul to pick up on the lose ball. 9 times out of 10 that would have been missed. Although technically the right call. You could see a momentum swing after that call, but England didn't let up, I thought was most impressive.

Is that really true, NZRU paid the fine for them? Amazing if true. I don't think England will be fined, they didn't "advance" like France did, and I think they would have stayed within the 15m law mark (except for I like Marler who was creeping forward - he might be the reason they cope a fine...

    RWC 2019 SF1: New Zealand v England

My post wasn't directed at any individual, just a general observation of the other numerous posters negative criticisms of the ref performances, as well as comments on social media and other rugby outlets. Aussies get called whinges when they lose, but then again we lose a lot. The truth is...

    RWC 2019 SF1: New Zealand v England

Too true. The biggest failure of our RWC was losing to Wales - and Wales have never looked great this tourney.

I think it's his quirky running style that puts people off. Powell is by far the most well-rounded half-back in Aus rugby, he is solid at everything but a master at none.

This is exactly what we thought watching the Abs demolish Ireland. I like the Boks forward pack, I think they will trouble England more-so then the Ab's, and no doubt will play even harder if they make the final. I don't see England getting front foot ball as easy. After all I think this is...

So funny to see NZ fans start being vocal about ref performances. Losing always offers a different perspective. Its a shame they don't lose more often.

The Haka is great for the game... but it is becoming over-used and even gimmicky these days. I like NZ to scale it back, leave it only for NZ home games and the RWC. It will add fuel to their NZ home games, and you've gotta include in the RWC cos it's so iconic.

I agree, England the much more well-rounded team and will definitely go in as favorites. But anyone's going to beat them it's SA.

NZ have relied a lot on scoring points from turnover ball - they hardly had any tonight. England's backrow clearly dominating. I really hope SA smash Wales. I actually think SA's physicality in defence, and suffocating style of game-plan will make for a great counter to England.

    RWC 2019 SF1: New Zealand v England

It really does, unlike us NZ cleared their ball from the 22 but they didn't get much distance and England were just right back putting pressure on them - so if we actually cleared from our 22 this would have been the likely outcome too. Although, England had so much turnover ball and NZ didn't...

I thought AL Brown was the answer for this, he was easily contained though - SBW is a big body and also easily contained. I feel Barrett at 10 would have helped a lot - the chip and chase of his would have been very handy.

He did, he was great. I feel NZ weren't going to score a team try built on pressure - England were doing this so much better. They needed some individual brilliance - they've got out of trouble with this before, they just didn't have any in this case. Barrett the only threatening one really.

    RWC 2019 SF1: New Zealand v England

England used the side-line so well. Never seen NZ or a Tier 1 rugby team tackled into touch so much in one game. I do like the NZ wingers, they were the form players. But I do feel they were just missing an Ioane or a Savea out wide to create something from nothing. Also Mounga didn't do...

The one in the last 10minutes was literally right in front of him. Although, it made the game a bit more exciting I guess.

NZ were really getting the rub of the green with the ref too. Couple of missed forward passes etc.

I hear this a lot.... which will be funny once SA come out and win the final ;)
