The issue is that some QRU heavies are in the UK following the Wallabies and on their cruise.

RIP Peter Fats - one of the games characters

Was a true legend and put Samoan rugby on the map. One of the great highlights of the 91 RWC was their victory over Wales in Wales.

    QLD Premier Rugby 2014

It will probably be at the start of March. There was supposed to be a Premier meeting next week but it has been postponed until December. It would be great if they release a starting date soon though.

    Kooga now BLK?

A few Japanese teams use Asics too.

3rd tier is back in 2014 [Discontinued]

We also won a RWC with out paying the players and with only 2 provincial teams of note. Maybe we should go back to that?;) I do understand what you are saying though. A 3rd tier comp will not solve all of the issues with Australian rugby at the moment. We need to provide pathways at all levels...

    Long Term Combinations

Carter and Pyle might be an option. I think they would balance eachother well. I haven't lost hope Horwill and Simmons will come good. Simmons was starting to play much better of recent times. A backrow of Fardy, Pocock and Higgers does get me a little excited. I have no solutions at...

    Long Term Combinations

To me this makes the most sense. We could have an almost entire Brumbies backline by the end of 2014 Super Rugby.

I'd be keen for you to coach the team TT.

    QLD Premier Rugby 2014

I don't think the season will be shorter, it will just start and finish earlier than it has in the past.

3rd tier is back in 2014 [Discontinued]

I think regional teams are the way to go. It will make the Shute part of the process of getting into the teams. In Brisbane we could have North and South. In Sydney you could work out North, East, South and West. Add Melbourne, Can erra and Perth and you've got a 9 team comp. Maybe add a 3rd...

    Kooga now BLK?

Yes it was. They will wear it for the tour and switch to Asics next year.

    QLD Premier Rugby 2014

I don't mind this team. There would be a big push for CFS in 13. Also not sure of Lucas at 9. It's not his position but I can see that it gets the best players on the park. Sent from my iPad using Tapatalk

    Women's Rugby Union

There is some talk that Women's 7's may gain NCAA status as part of the equal opportunities reform. This would have a big effect on the women's game as suddenly a lot of players would move to the states to play and once there for 3 years, qualify for the US team.

    QLD Premier Rugby 2014

I think it will end up being Brisbane North and Brisbane South being the Qld teams. We need all the best players being involved. If it's club teams it wont work.

ASICS partners with Australian Rugby Union from 2014

BLK stands for Beyond Limits Known. I actually think they've done a good job with the transition. Having the Wallabies play in BLK jerseys for the Spring tour will help that too. My understanding is that they had to give a royalty to KooGa UK for any product sold outside Australia. They have...

Benroy Sala was a Sunnybank Junior who went to BBC. Conrad Quick is currently in Singapore with our 7's team. Both have done school-based traineeships in the Sunnybank gym.

Word on the street is that Waita Setu has gone to Souths, Sef Faagase has gone to Uni and Nigel Genia is at Norths. Can anyone confirm or is someone pulling my leg?
