Well worked try Brumbies. Hunt's inability to adjust his depth and predilection to kick indicates his inability to play the position. The coach is responsible for picking him there, but you can't deny he's been poor. The ruck work and passive defensive has been woeful from the Reds.

You can't tell me that Hunt's depth is just not plain incompetence right now. This decision to kick for goal at 21 - 3 down is pretty questionable.

There was little to no pressure when Hunt stood 15m back on halfway on the rare occasion the Reds had the ball, or chipped straight to Coleman in the 22. We'll see in the second half, but the call to have Hunt at 10 is woeful.

Is it too early to call Hunt the worst buy of the season? Seriously, he was appalling. What was worse was when the camera showed him yelling at his own team for his shocking play. More of the same from the Reds this year. Ruck work is shocking, and they kick the ball away when the Brumbies...

Leafa's throwing is suspect anyway, amazed Sexton was overlooked as his set pieces are way better. Would also have been safer with Neville and Jones as locks, and Timani on the bench and the raw Jeffries to come in after a couple of games. Maybe it's a kick up the ass for Sexton and Neville...

And I don't like Korczyk and Magnay on the bench, neither is ready in my book. Magnay is a good prospects, but he still looks too hesitant and he made a large number of defensive mistakes against the Crusaders in his short time on the park. He needs time. But, they are all the Reds have left...
