    Reds 2015

Next year hopefully the Reds can find a young lock as the fourth lock. Payne would have been great, but he left. Enever and Arnold are another two recent losses. Just bad timing, unfortunately. If the Reds had moved on Ed O'Donoghue a year earlier maybe (not definitely) we would have kept...

Reds v Force 2015 Super Rugby Rd 2

Papers have reported JOC (James O'Connor) at 10 and Hunt at 15. I don't think Hunt can read or control a game at 10. It takes years to develop, and Hunt wasn't even a 10 when he played rugby previously. JOC (James O'Connor) can't really control a game either, but he's played a lot more 10 than Hunt has, and he can read the...

    Reds 2015

I think we will definitely need Kotze next year with Horwill and O'Donoghue done. We will probably have Simmons, McDuling and Kotze as our main locks. Currently I'd say that Kotze is our fourth choice lock behind Simmons, Horwill and McDuling, assuming two of those ever come back from injury.

Reds v Force 2015 Super Rugby Rd 2

I was going to say, based on last week's performance, if it becomes a rugby game we lose. But I was well beaten!

Ant still needs to prove his fitness. Scroll down to see the press conference. Graham took...

    Reds 2015

What about even Jim McKay? I've been rather unimpressed with Steve Meehan and wouldn't mind McKay back for the backs. BTW, Wilkins is now running the defence as an assistant coach. Yet somehow it seems all the same as last year with no aggression. I wonder if Graham is doing to Wilkins what...

    Reds 2015

They had the same issue last year too, not being able to implement whatever Graham's game plan was. I'll always support the Reds, but it doesn't mean you have to support every individual player or coach. Graham may be a great guy, but he needs to earn our support as a coach and he just...

Waratahs v Force, round 1, Sunday 15 February

I thought the Tahs had issues across 9/10/12, and particularly had a lack of patience. Too much across field, which the Force picked off too easily. Can the Tahs kicking coach get Foley to please get more than just 15 odd metres off most penalties as well?

    Broadcast options for Australian Rugby

The exchange is likely to drop into the 60s at least, so I hope it gets paid out over the year.

Sounds a bit like the Chewbacca defence.

    Broadcast options for Australian Rugby

It won't matter what you're on if the either the backbone from the servers, or the servers themselves, cannot handle the load, which was the case.

    Reds 2015

I suspect that the Reds are still running Graham's system, even though another coach (Wilkins) takes defence. Graham likes passive, sliding defences, despite nearly every successful team having a more aggressive defence. One of Graham's biggest faults is not admitting things are not working...

    Broadcast options for Australian Rugby

Last year for me I had frequent service drop outs and buffer issues on Saturday nights during peak times (NRL, rugby and AFL games). I complained bitterly, and the pricks claimed it was my fault, despite Play/Go working flawlessly right up to the start of all those games, then working again...

    Reds 2015

I think Kev will probably cop a suspension from SANZAR, so doubt he will even play. McDuling and Kotze will hopefully start with O'Donoghue the last lock available on the bench.

    S15 Rd 1 - Brumbies v Reds, Friday 13th February

Just saw the request for no more Tahs comments. Sorry! Back on topic: Reds were a steaming pile of poo. Criticism of Horwill is warranted, what he did was brainless and worse than his behaviour when he was captain. It looked like he just didn't care.

    S15 Rd 1 - Brumbies v Reds, Friday 13th February

I think that Paraka is a better scrummagaer by a mile than both Tilse and Daley. Tilse is an average scrummager and average around the park, Daley is a very poor scrummager but good around the park. I would take neither for my side if I could help it. As much as I like Daley, he's had years...

    S15 Rd 1 - Brumbies v Reds, Friday 13th February

People are so willing to give Hunt a skip in criticism, he was just as bad as the pack in creating pressure on our own players in attack. When the pack on decent ball needs to run 5m - 10m backwards and 25m across field because your flyhalf is so deep and just shovels it on, it just makes it so...

    S15 Rd 1 - Brumbies v Reds, Friday 13th February

Hunt - 5 tackles, 4 missed tackles, 1 run, 201 kicking metres. edit: He is not a 10. Surely Graham can't pick him there again.

    Reds 2015

Very soon, hopefully. Yes, same old issues. Passive, short defensive lines. Ruck work horrible and infringing. No backline cohesion, no deception, no moves, nothing but shit shovelled out from way too much depth. Forwards too deep and pods offer no protection at the ruck. Very worried...

    S15 Rd 1 - Brumbies v Reds, Friday 13th February

Wow, the stats are so embarrassing for the Reds.
