I won’t quote any of this, but here are the WR (World Rugby) protocols with regards to the use of the TMO. In short, Jonker was operating well beyond the scope of what he was there for. It’s a good read if you have a few minutes...

Agree. I’d be inclined to lean towards the new generation, and I reckon Eddie will be as well. Flook and Walton were both good yesterday against a pretty hot Tongan backline.

If we are confined to 5 overseas picks, I certainly wouldn’t be wasting one on Richie Arnold. He has offered nothing that supercedes what our domestic second rowers can do. Philip was a level above when he came on, admittedly against tired legs which always needs to be taken into consideration.

If Petaia or Kellaway aren’t fit I’d say it will be Hodge this cycle. I don’t think Lens injury looked season ending though

Toole was close to worst on field in the Aus A game yesterday. He won’t be making a sudden appearance this year

Look I don’t know a lot about D systems in the backline but wouldn’t it have been more sensible to put Koribete at 13 and then put any of 21-23 on the wing?

I thought it was only against the top teams that Peyper penalises us out of the game

Jonkers the TMO trying to make a statement by finding some shit that didnt exist that’s beyond his role anyway. Like that Irish mole we got a couple of years ago.
