    Waratahs 2014

Good squad. Wonder whether they will fold EPS into the mooted Academy that each Australian S15 franchise will have. The fun will be to pick those 15-20 players.

The Wicks also have a contingent playing for the Australian Renegades in the Safaricom Sevens in Nairobi Kenya this weekend. Mark Bannon, Peter Samu & Will Munro are playing with Nathan McMahon Coach & Stu Mckay Physio. That should be a good start for the Singapore Sevens where the Wicks are...

    Waratahs 2014

There is talk of a Super 15 Academy team. Who should be in that? A good start (IMO) would be the non contracted players that went to Argentina, then the nominees for Rookie of the Year as this was picked by the Waratahs.

    Waratahs 2014

How many players will the squad comprise? (Including EPS) I heard the Waratahs picked the Rookie of the year nominees so if you are on that list, that suggests that the Waratahs are interested.

As best as I can recall, Samu seemed to be carrying injuries and didn't finish as many games as he would want. He ended the year in great form though. I hope Wright plays on. Lautolo, Munro, Connor, Horwitz, Bolliau & Baldwin were either eligible for Colts this year, or graduated last year so...

The are all worthy choices IMO. I also liked Halangahu & Wright. Samu had patches of brilliance however was out too much for my liking.

Someone must rate him, ABC TV seem to. Who would be your top three picks otherwise?

I I dont disagree with you. I did however make the point that it is not all bad at the Wicks. I think they know they need a big MoFo or 2 in the forwards. They do have some good ones there.

I agree with the Coach - think Horwitz is good however will be better with some more Shute Shield under his belt. Thought Sifiloi outpointed him on Saturday Where to next year for the Wicks? Who is about and who is moving on? We need some size in the piggies. I hear Neo & Geoff Ingram have both...

    Brumbies 2014

Do you need to be a SAFA to get a gig at the Brumbies now?

GREAT win by the Wicks today. Thought the forwards dominated despite the hype about the WH pack. Tom Connor & Pete Samu were my picks however the others contributed well. The Backs were brilliant - hard to find a weak link with Horwitz a standout. Thought the coach did well - they were...

I reckon Hoiles will make a difference. he will provide great leadership & IMO had some very classy touches in attack when he came on last week. Also, He nearly broke a Uni player win 2 with a real bell ringer.

Baldwin went off with a knee injury last week, Hepetema off to the Uk if the rumours are true

well said Sid. Our lot wasn't helped by 3 forced changes on match day. I thought our guys tried and were belting Uni hard in the contact ( ie when they could catch the buggers). The individual brilliance of Foley, Phipps, Kingston McCalman, Jouledev, English and so on was a mismatch for us. I...
