    I'm thinking the AB backline will be 9. Smith 10. Carter 12. SBW 13. Smith 11. Savea 14. NMS 15. Smith 21. TJP 22. Barrett 23. Fekitoa

The politics forum unfortunately descended into endless cycles of the same arguments. Think Quade or Kurtley threads and substitute for Abbott, Gillard and Rudd.....

Ranfurly Shield, ITM Cup & Heartland Championship: NZ domestic comps 2015

I've been hearing good things about McKay that plays 1st 5 for Boys. Looks a good prospect in attack and also can tackle.

Bledisloe #1 - AUS v NZL, ANZ Stadium, Sydney, August 8th

Yeah if I were Cheika I'd be saving one of the opensides for the last quarter or if things haven't gone well in the 1st half, to come on after oranges. I can see it now in the dying seconds of the game, a fresh Hoopah winning a penalty at the breakdown 35m out from OZ try line after the AB...

To even insinuate it is petty and childish. The law relates to striking and it was on the very low end of striking. I didn't think he contacted with any force whatsoever. It was one of those "bad look incidents" but no damage. I thought 2 but given his clean record I'm not surprised it was...

There would need to be a little more than "you're kiwi" to make an apprehended bias claim to get the adjudicator removed. Anyway if the mail is right the ruling won't have any impact on the Bledisloe just on poor Manly...... :)

Never met a Barrister before RH :) A legal case is usually not what it seems on the surface. I think he is done for a couple. The most interesting thing now is the Manly story.

Bledisloe #1 - AUS v NZL, ANZ Stadium, Sydney, August 8th

On Codie though teach, he was an age grade standout. Played in that very good 2011 side that beat the big England pack in the final. He's made the most of almost all opportunities with the short time he's been with the Saders. He's got a ways to go, but he has all the ingredients - technically...

Springboks v All Blacks, Ellis Park 25/7/2015

Owen is better at scrum time though. I thought Owen came up big on Saturday. He made some big tackles, stopping Bok forwards on their tracks. He's continuing to improve and I don't think has hit his peak yet given he's only 27. Speaking of scrims, Woody was getting worked over at scrum time by...

The big thing for both sides is who's bench will bring the most impact. Most tests are pretty tight for the first 40, it's how the lungs hold up and how each use their subs, and then how they play which I think will decide things.

Springboks v All Blacks, Ellis Park 25/7/2015

He is often a much maligned player, but the guy has for the past couple of years been a superb impact off the bench because he just hits ruck after ruck with some decent force. He's a penalty waiting to happen some times, but he does have provide that spark through his ruck work in the final...

Wallaby 31 players for 2015 RWC

So a team that could like Rodzilla, Moore, Kepu, Sharpe, Vickerman, Elsom, G. Smith, Palu, Genia, Cooper, Mitchell, Giteau, AAC (Adam Ashley-Cooper)..... Yeah sounds good :)

Is this one of those "vibe" comments or do you have actual judiciary results that compare sanctions across the 3 nations?

Springboks v All Blacks, Ellis Park 25/7/2015

From what I recall, the first scrum after the Whitleock YC, Beast left arm goes to ground first and then B. Franks goes to ground, but Boks are awarded a penalty and advantage. On the penalty the Boks go for scrum and they get good go forward. Burger sort of miss times the pick up but takes it...

Blue, was the previous scrum with the two TH's packing down though?

Springboks v All Blacks, Ellis Park 25/7/2015

Do people actually think golden oldies made that much of a difference? Sure as a spectacle you want to see the 'contest', but up until that point Boks won all their scrum ball and so did the ABs. There had only been two scrum full arm penalties against Franks at that point, one which I thought...

Hoopah should get a week or two, because of the "bad look". And I'm not excusing it, but did it even connect? The Argie rolling on the ground after and subjecting himself to grass burn probably did more damage.....

Or perhaps some people (not that I'm one of them) don't think enough time has surpassed to allow such wounds to heal......
