Waratahs v Crusaders, round 15, Saturday 23 May @ Homebush

Where was this legitimate opportunity to tackle? McCaw was several metres away from the player that received the ball and where he wound up to kick. It was rightly sanctioned as a penalty offence. I just hope Skelton plays for the Wallabies if he so easily rattled to make several poor decisions.

Waratahs v Crusaders, round 15, Saturday 23 May @ Homebush

The Saders will be pushing for tries to try and get a BP win. In that process I foresee many turnovers and some scratchy rugby. It's the Tahs game to lose......

Waratahs v Sharks, round 14, Saturday 16 May

What was up with Beale's defence. Misread the play quite a bit. Seems to hang back in the line when he should be coming up and in, or shoots out when it's not required. I reckon Beale had an absolute mare tonight.

Waratahs v Sharks, round 14, Saturday 16 May

Except Ryan never released the ball carrier, so two infringements against him. What a shocking game of rugby. Turnovers galore, very poor attack by both sides and the worst reffing performance this year.

To upright Thomo. Good run from JOC (James O'Connor) to set that play up.

He's had a superb season. Playing as well as when he made the ABs. Rarely makes a bad decision in defence or attack.

Wallaby 31 players for 2015 RWC

Posters will always disagree that is for sure. I guess my point is that it appears to be unclear what Chieka's top XV is. I'm not implying it's an easy thing given he's been in the job for 5 minutes. But a key criticism of Deans and Link was that they never really settled (for whatever reason)...

Wallaby 31 players for 2015 RWC

You seem to be implying that Fardy and Pocock aren't a good combo for test rugby. I don't see any issue with: 4. Skelton 5. Simmons 6. Fardy 7. Pocock 8. McCalman/Palu/Higginbotham It's got work rate, ball carrying, lineout, ball winning. If what you say is the case KOB, then it's a little...

Ahead of McMahon as well who right now is a bit of an inbetween player.

Plus he could cover blindside at a pinch. May not be the starting no8, but a very valuable squad member in my view.

    Crusaders v Reds (Rnd 13)

I doubt Read is going any time soon. He will be AB captain after McCaw retires. He still has a number of years left in him. A good indicator was the fact he turned down a 7s spot for 2016 Olympics to stay focused on XVs. There will be 2017 Lions that he will want to lead the ABs to victory to...

    Crusaders v Reds (Rnd 13)

Big game for the Saders. our last home game and we have a few boys heading offshore at seasons end, Carter, T. Taylor, Slade, plus this could be McCaw's final season. Crockett, C. Taylor, Laulala S. Whitelock, Bird Taufua, Todd Read Ellis, Slade Carter, Crotty Nadolo, Tuitavake T. Taylor Bench...

I reckon if you lost Pocock and Hooper, the coaches would look to Hodgson and then Gill.

    The Pulverisation of Australian Rugby

I'm kind of disappointed that this case didn't proceed to trial. The adverse action cases since the Fair Work Act commenced in 09 have proved to be quite revealing. Plus I probably would've scored a trip to Sydders to observe the Federal court proceedings :) Even if the ARU thought they were...

I agree they got it right, but the explanation was poor.

Rebels v Chiefs, Rd 12 @ AAMI Park

There's Stirzaker's strength his speed. His passing and game management is extremely poor. Rebels have had so much ball but they have taken the wrong options on several occasions.

Sheesh, they're looking at that stuff now?? Huge kick. Chiefs can't give away penalties within 60m

    Shocking pass from Stirzaker.

    Hurricanes v Crusaders, Rd 12, 2015

Smithy is unbearable. Even worst when HB plays in the ITM Cup. I think the love for the Saders started when Dagg and Guildford came over. Mertz is an excellent expert comments man. He understands the modern game and is very levelled. Tonight was the first time I have heard him show a bit of...
