    Who's to Blame?

It would have been a dice roll, and despite their mediocrity, they were 6-6 and playing in the Scotttish quarter until the last few minutes. It seemed like they would fall over the line. Waratah/Force style. Oops.

Wallabies vs Wales - Suncorp Stadium June 9

Speaking of clowns, (and maybe I should have waded back through the thread to find out if this was mentioned already) When does our fearless coaching coordinator announce the wallaby side for Saturday?

    Wallabies vs Scotland - 5 June 2012

I remember thinking in the second half - why are they so scared to use some width? Sure, handling is more difficult. But the risk when you spill it is so much less when the opposition can't get out of their quarter because of the gale. If you spill it, there's a scrum and they can either try and...

    Wallabies vs Scotland - 5 June 2012

It is hardly a surprise that we didn't see a well aligned backline in motion with crisp passing and good lines, in those conditions, with those selections, with that preparation.

Barnes did do a good enough job holding the ball for place kicks in the breeze that he should be kept on, I think.

We could have used Bobo the fucking clown and Rin Tin Tin, for all that I think McCabe is great it would have been tough to be any different the way 9/10 were working.

    Wallabies vs Scotland - 5 June 2012

The only problem I had with the last penalty was that both front rows had folded in a similar fashion for the last 6 scrums, at the Scotland end on the wallaby feed, and it was play on. But this was the Scotland feed, and they made it count - very professional. Anyway, being at the wrong end...

Waratahesque. Defeat snatched from the jaws of victory. At least we got a virtual Force - nice one, Pohman!

Trouble. Dirty ginger scrum half on for the Scots.

    2012 IRB Junior World Championship

Godwin is going ok to well, the scots are constantly going backwards (Holloway, Browning et at have no problems bending the defensive line) and he has options galore to pass to. He just needs someone to find him shorts that are rugby length, not AFL issue. I assume that he is not usually a...

Godwin should move to the waratahs where he can really practice those little grubber kicks.

Fascinating colour commentary in the intro for the opener. Good news, Nick Frisby is the force full back. He looks a real find for them. Beautiful day in Cape Town.

Tomane and Ioane are our threats. Using them in the predicted conditions with this backline? Not so sure.

Oh good, just like the tour game against Munster EOYt 2010. That was a wonderful experience, much learnings to be had for all.
