    Round 18 - Reds Vs Rebels - Jul 6, 7.45PM

I'll go. Again. I just hope that a decent game of rugby accidentally occurs somehow.

    Where to for Super Rugby?

The fact that our teams will be motivated to play better by a finals system that relies purely on merit.

    Where to for Super Rugby?

Or just maybe, the Australian teams will stop playing like they know they only have to beat their own countrymen, and start actively striving to top a proper ladder (the same way they used to do).

    Reds 2018

I think some of you guys are on crack to think that any halfway decent coach would be interested in a contract with the QRU. What possible attraction is there in working for the QRU? Unless there is a massive change in the QRU, the only real way for the reds to become anything successful is...

    Where to for Super Rugby?

The reds simply HAVE to go. They are an embarrassing organisation that hold the competition back. Any discussion about why the reds stay in the tournament is moot. Discussion on which other team to go is valid. (all the queensland and nsw players that play for the other states can be picked...

    Reds 2018

Actual results wise, yeah... But I mean the way they have played at home - light years ahead of previous years (particularly the Richard F. Graham years) in terms of how competitive they have been.

    Reds 2018

I think they have because they are competitive at home games. They haven't been competitive at home games for years.

Wallabies vs Ireland - 3rd test - Saturday 23rd June 2018 - Sydney Football Stadium

I would very much like this - I think no lifting outside of the line outs would be best.

Wallabies vs Ireland - 3rd test - Saturday 23rd June 2018 - Sydney Football Stadium

I disagree with the yellow card (or even penalty), and disagree with the suspension. I reckon it's pretty clear which I think about the tahs players in general. I can't recall the biased post I made in those threads though. It had to be me, for sure though. smh

    Reds 2018

He's injury prone and therefore not a good player to have on the books. *edit* I won't deny he has a lot of promise - but that is all it has ever been and the reds can't win with promise. They actually need players that can deliver, and CFS has never shown that he can in a LOT of years now...

    Reds 2018

This surely has to be the end of CFS at the reds.

Wallabies vs Ireland - 3rd test - Saturday 23rd June 2018 - Sydney Football Stadium

^^^^So much this. It is impossible for Folau to compete for the ball without touching the Irish guy. Any contact immediately puts the Irish guy in an unbalanced position and the lifter has zero means of control. Folau won the ball in all instances fairly, and the Irish guy in every...

He had hands on him, but he didn't pull him down. The lifter dropped him.

Wallabies vs Ireland - 3rd test - Saturday 23rd June 2018 - Sydney Football Stadium

Phipps did OK in the first half, the Irish were ridiculously fast off the line, and the Australian receivers were off on their timing more often than not. A good game was spoiled by the twats reviewing shit and being soft.

Wallabies vs Ireland - 3rd test - Saturday 23rd June 2018 - Sydney Football Stadium

Fuck top tier rugby - it's now a game for replays of every incident and incessant referee interruptions. I'll just stay with local rugby from now on, thank you very much.

Indeed - the lifter clearly dropped him and every replay showed it.

Quick as a flash, usual crew to the rescue... What I wrote still would have worked and his original response is why professional peeps are coached to give nonommittal answers - because it is the professional thing to do. Professional is Everything that phipps has demonstrated he isn't.

He could say "he's relishing the time with us and going great". Instead we went a route which was just shit.
