    RWC: Pool C - Wallabies v Fiji - Monday 18 Sep 2am AEST

I like the intent of that but we would fuck up the execution

    RWC: Pool C - Wallabies v Fiji - Monday 18 Sep 2am AEST

It certainly would have taken a lot out of them mentally and physically. I suspect it was their target match seen as the best opportunity to advance from the pool stage. No doubt they will come out firing, the issue is how much petrol they have left in the tank, and when they fatigue their...

RWC23 - Pool C - AUSTRALIA, Wal, Fiji, Georgia, Portugal

Ripper game. Fiji will have burnt a lot of petrol and be pretty battered physically and mentally after that effort. Eddie will no doubt be honing in on those aspects.

    RWC: Pool C - Wallabies v Georgia, SdF Sunday 10th September 2am

It was more about saving the officials wasting their time than it was about vying for a medal of honour

    Wallabies 2023

I’m not sure who has been training there but I think we only took one specialist 7 because we are in the process of transitioning to big flankers, likely Hooper and Leota.

sorry to hear that mate - as long as you paid your subs you would be covered by insurance. you definitely require dispensation to play senior front row if you are under 18, but the club is at fault there. I would be calling a meeting with the registrar and president of the club you were...

GAGR Wallaby POTY 3-2-1 v Georgia (RWC)

    Wallabies 2023

Suspect that will be about it, but I’d like to see Frost given a start. Arnold does the grunt work well but makes too many errors.

    RWC: Pool C - Wallabies v Georgia, SdF Sunday 10th September 2am

Yes refer to my post above about it being 35 degrees. IFL starting against Fiji would be appropriate, White would be on the bench but possibly only used if necesssary.

RWC23- Pool D - Eng, Jap, Arg, Sam, Chile

Argentina were awful, they were unjustifiably a man up for the whole game and it took them 79 minutes to score a try and still got flogged by penalties and drop goals. Imagine the Cheika spray they would have copped. I was expecting them to be shot by the time they got to the QFs but I don’t...

If he signs I’d say the roosters would be happy to let him go and free up some cash. As you say, a bit different to Sua'ali'i.

    RWC: Pool C - Wallabies v Georgia, SdF Sunday 10th September 2am

I thought it was a solid hitout. We lost a bit of structure when we had 3 wingers and 4 flankers out there but I’m not sure that wasn’t 100% by design. When analysing the game and some of the decision making I think it’s important to remember that it was 35 degrees.

Michael? You know he’s not there right?

I wouldn’t dispute that either. Being from the south of the state and the Brumbies not having a standout solution at #12 I wouldn’t be surprised to see him sign for them. Although he has business interests in Sydney, and Tahs aren’t loaded with options at #12 either.

I’m doing the ‘watch it whenever I wake up and avoid GAGR’ thing for this one. Saving the late nights until next week at least, maybe the quarters even

RWC 2023 - All Blacks pool matches

Ironically it seems someone else’s injuries are about to enhance his progress

I think we are all hopeful, confident even for a lot of us, the next 4 years brings the nation that inspiration

For reference, in his first 2 years in the Scots 1st XV he was #8. In his third year he was #13, and their goal kicker. In his 2 years in Aus schools they played him in the back row. He’s an exciting addition to any teams program considering his NRL/Origin experience, 4 years ago would have...

    League Targets

I actually wouldn’t be surprised if the approach has come from him. I know for a fact that playing pro rugby was on his bucket list - not necessarily in Australia but it’s a bonus if it is and we can see what he has to offer.
