Wallabies vs Wales - Docklands Stadium June 16

Does anyone else find it hard to dislike Wales? I mean sure it's easy to hate the Kiwis, Saffas, French and English and then just not give a shit about everyone else, but am I the only one who has a soft spot for the Welsh? They play great attacking rugby, have exciting younger players...

    Reds 2013

I tend to agree with you on UJ, I really haven't seen him do anything of note. BUT we must remember the kid is straight out of high school, in which he didn't play a game in his final year due to injury. He is a 10 aswell and not a 15. Time will tell, he just needs more gameplay.

    Waratahs - Positivity thread

Drew Mitchell and Polota-Nau seem like the best personalities in Australian rugby. I also agree that being the closest state to QLD is a positive, maybe some of our success will rub on, and you can bask in our reflective glory :-P

Reds v Hurricanes: June 15: Sunshine Coast

Wow two big losses for the Canes there. I think the gameplan for them now is Barrett cut out to Savea......thats it

    Reds 2013

Great news! So far the only big player we couldn't re-sign was Higginbotham. Great work to be able to keep Genia, Cooper, Ioane, Fainga'a's and Taps. All we need now is Shipperely to re-sign

    Argentina

I never saw him post anything wrong on the forums though? I'm assuming it was something else?

Qld Premier Rugby 2012 Tipping Comp

I know it is wrong to tip against your supported side, but looking at Easts team list, where it is practically second grade, against GPS, I just can't see it happening. Wests to upset Souths aswell for mine.

    Argentina

what the Cave Dweller? I thought he was a good insightful Argentine. Sheesh and you think you can trust an anonomous user on a rugby forum....

    Club Players with potential

Yeah I also heard this one a while back, good for him, taking opportunities as they come. I've watched him play twice for University this season, both times it was alot of good mixed with some average. Tries to overplay his hand a bit, but definatly got the talent there.

Reds v Hurricanes: June 15: Sunshine Coast

I watch him every week. I'm by no means saying he's a bad player, but there is so much more he needs to improve on. Just because a player is younger does not mean he's exempt from criticism.

Reds v Hurricanes: June 15: Sunshine Coast

Stolberg still doesn't use his size. I want to see him do well but right now his work rate is pathetic. He has so much potential and just is not showing it, as seen by him missing out on the u20's

Reds v Hurricanes: June 15: Sunshine Coast

I'd be starting AWH over Samo, I suspect he will sit on the bench and only come on if really needed. Wallace-Harrison is our best jumper and to be honest, plays better then Simmons has been for most of the season.

    2012 IRB Junior World Championship

Seeding after pools PositionTeam 1 Wales 2 Argentina 3 South Africa 4 New Zealand 5 France 6 Ireland 7 England 8 Australia 9 Fiji 10 Scotland 11 Italy 12 Samoa That is a pretty sad effort from Australia. To manage their only points against Scotland and finish that low on the table is...

Reds v Hurricanes: June 15: Sunshine Coast

I've been really impressed by Blake this season. Does alot of good tight running and belts rucks. In a similiar mould to Horwill. Line-out wise it is hard to tell as Easts hookers can't hit water if they fell out of a boat currently. But from what I have seen he'd be the best lock running around...

Reds v Hurricanes: June 15: Sunshine Coast

Shows how many injuries we have when there are that many Premier players. Although I think they have picked the right ones, most of them have been in form for the past two seasons.

Wallabies vs Wales - Docklands Stadium June 16

I'm sorry but there is no way in hell anyone could think Tatafu is the better hooker. That's not taking anything away from him because he's up there with the best in the world, but the only ones infront of him are du Plessis and Moore. I understand him not wanting to make changes to a winning...

    Qld Premier Rugby 2012

What a great post. You backed up your statement with great insight and justification..... If you are going to say something a little left field then try and justify the statement in the future, otherwise don't post at all.

Wallabies vs Wales - Docklands Stadium June 16

Swap Moore and Tatafu. Palmer in for Kepu (if injured) Slipper for Alexander Fainga'a for Horne Beale for Harris (if fit) Timani for Bench (5:2 split, should be Pyle or Douglas but Deans is retarded) If Beale is fit I'd have a 5:2 split, if not stay with a 4:3 and have Dennis cover lock. I find...

    Qld Premier Rugby 2012

Ed Quirk was an animal against Souths. Was agressive in Every aspect of his game, massive tackles, good line out jumping, dynamic ball running and overall great leadership. Not to mention the great "fuck off" palm he delivered to score his try.

Reds v Hurricanes: June 15: Sunshine Coast

Blake Enever (Easts) is playing in this one.
