Can anyone tell me what's the story with Lachie Maranta?

Souths (incl. Quade) are still the benchmark in the competition despite their loss on the weekend. They have been the most consistent side in the comp to date.

I was joking but I would be more worried (if I was Souths) that he will decide to go abroad.

Swillo5 your post is interesting as it's rare for sympathy to be showered on the Filth on this forum. Seriously though Brothers are smashing it this year across the lower grades - clear reward for sustained development in colts over the last 5/6 years. Fair play to them!!

Thanks Reg sounds like a plan then for the Bulldogs. If Easts beat Norths at home next weekend then Wests should challenge the following weekend at Sylvan Rd. Mind you Norths will go to Easts next week with some confidence after their narrow loss to Uni and I think they may have beaten the...

Does the Bunter Bowl only get contested when the holder plays at home? Are Easts the current holder? Would just like a crack at it at home v Easts in two weeks.

Uni, Souths, Wests & Sunnybank. I just think Wests are due. Uni & Souths to clock up big numbers. Brothers will really push Sunnybank but after two big losses to Uni & Easts the Dragons will return to the winners circle despite losing Moli #2 & the Ballymore Kid - Junior #13.

Brett Picone & Elia Tuqiri moved from GPS to Souths in 2015. And in 2016/17 Moses Rualini joined them to add to the Fijian flavour at Yeronga. So they have strong GPS & Fijian background at present. Good luck to them they have put together a very strong squad it's now up to the other clubs...

My tiger informant tells me the Tigers have most of their Reds available for this weekend's Bunter Bowl clash against Sunnybank. Pereze, Wright, Ready & Gunn are all in the tiger stripes this Sunday. What will they do with their back row and where will Pereze start. I would be interested to...

That try after the bell cost the Tigers a bonus point too!!! As for Gunn - I think you'll find that with him returning from injury the Reds medical staff would have said he could only play 40 minutes.

Well done Norths - only consolation is that we aren't bottom of table - Bros are - when was the last time they were in that position on the ladder?

Table has collapsed to be very close after Snbk, Bonds & Easts wins in round 3. It is going to be a close run thing - if Norhs can get a win over Wests next week they too are back in contention for a top 4 finish. Contrary to a post a few weeks back on Bonus Points - I think they'll be...
