    England v Australia - Twickenham, 14 Nov, 4:30am AEDT

Wright has a bit of size about him. He is no pushover.

    England v Australia - Twickenham, 14 Nov, 4:30am AEDT

Absolutely. Regarding the scrum, Slipper will just need to try and hold up his end on the TH side. He seemed to do it pretty well last week. I’m not sure if Marler being ruled out is good or bad for us? No knock ons or forward passes will be the order of the day. Play to the lineout and for...

Need a masterclass from Slipper, JOC (James O'Connor) and Beale

I do not recognise a single name on the bench

I think they both played a part and Kerevi would not have been as effective if Cooper was not there.

As said, Cooper was so good at bringing these guys into play around the ruck and wider. Because he plays relatively flat he is able to put them into holes before the defence is properly set. JOC (James O'Connor) is going to have to not play so deep and the halfbacks should also be picking out the big runners.

Didn’t AA pass his HIA during the game?

    England v Australia - Twickenham, 14 Nov, 4:30am AEDT

It would be great if one of our THs was available but also best to err on the side of caution. Eddie will be licking his lips and England may go in too confident.

I agree Derpus but I reckon Rennie will stick with Big Willy.

    Wallabies 2021

I’d guess that he is more ready than Robertson and Hoskins at this level.

    Wallabies 2021

Maybe, but unlikely. There are 4 other legit 12s in the squad not including Paisami.

    England v Australia - Twickenham, 14 Nov, 4:30am AEDT

What Cooper did well was to feed his forward runners close to the line. If JOC (James O'Connor) remains deep he cannot do so and it is up to the halfback to do the same. I think McDermott is better suited to this than White. JOC (James O'Connor) needs to challenge the line occasionally and its difficult to do so from depth...

    England v Australia - Twickenham, 14 Nov, 4:30am AEDT

After the game Rennie suggested TT seemed fine but that they would go through the protocols and make a decision later in the week. Hope thats still the plan and that Hoskins is there for live scrumming.

    England v Australia - Twickenham, 14 Nov, 4:30am AEDT

QC (Quade Cooper) played very flat and was good at bringing his forward runners into the game. No other Oz 5/8 has done this anywhere near as well. JOC (James O'Connor) needs to do the same and play through the forwards up the middle before going wide. I would start McDermott with him and move Perese to 13. If he remains on...

    Wallabies 2021

Paisami and Ikitau have had time together and have little penetration. Defence is OK or even good but we need to have the ability to make breaks in the midfield. One or both of our centres need to have that capability. At least one of them.

    What about defence?

    Wallabies 2021

I’m not sure if Perese has ever played 12 at senior level? I have only seen him at 13.

    Wallabies 2021

I think the answer is to play Perese in position at 13. We move the focal point one out and focus our attack there. He has Kerevi type penetration and will get us across the gain line. Valetini and TT(if fit. Rennie said he was looking good after the game) can do the same closer to the ruck...

    Wallabies 2021

How about we keep our chins up and look for a couple of wins to finish off the year? No need to concede ahead of time.

Scotland vs Australia - Murrayfield, 8 Nov 1:15AM AEDT

Perese had almost Kerevi type penetration. It would be great to slot him in at 12 but he is out of position there. I would play him at 13 and bring him into the game more in attack. Ikitau has been OK and benefitted being outside Kerevi but we need some penetration in the centres. Pereses...
