No, Chris, according to my Pisces coffee-mug, I'm "an idealist, sensible, imaginative, warm, peace-loving, understanding, intelligent, and affectionate"! I think that's pretty close!!

Scary scenario: Cheika becomes National coach, AAC (Adam Ashley-Cooper) leaves for NH Rugby, following a generous offer. Cheika shows his faith in, and Man-love for Beale, by naming him Vice-Captain. Just before RWC, Hooper is injured, so Cheika elevates Beale to Captain and appoints the now-fit Moore Vice Captain...

    Wallabies v All Blacks @ Suncorp - 18/10/14

Barbarian, as a matter of interest, as you are comparing their performances, is there any way of getting (alleged) contract details so we can compare their incomes?! Someone "out there" must have an idea.

HJ, I mentioned this a few tests ago, and compared his ability to that of Chris Latham, saying he had a lot to learn. I was admonished by a member who is far 'wiser' than me, saying that Folau is already a better #15 than Latho ever was!! Izzy gets away with being out of position when Quade...

HJ, maybe I should give you my Son's mobile number, so you can have a "little chat" with him?!!

On-field, Sam is the image of his Dad, Dave, who whether playing for Quirindi, Central North, (Captaining) NSW Country, or with the Wallabies, played himself 'into the ground'! Sam moves like Dave, and hits like Dave, but IMHO, he still doesn't yet posses the level of "mongrel" that his Father...

MarkJ, I agree, but I would have said, "It was miss-management that Cooper wasn't on the field"! A fresh Quade v tired All Blacks, 'the mind boggles'.

Appreciate that comment Tomikin. We are travelling to Quirindi in a couple of weeks, and will bee staying with Sam's Grandparents for a few days, and will also catch up with his "Oldies", so may get a chance to hear the "real story" from within "The Group"!!

Thanks HJ, I can feel your love coming thru my laptop! Open-heart surgery didn't kill me, Ross River Virus hasn't killed me, so this bloody well wont kill me!! Thanks mate.

Big mistake on my part. Worst night of 'Wallaby-watching" in my 66-year life! To compound the problem, it involved my son and the family of Brisbane Broncos-lovers that he married into. I have no problem with Kiwis supporting the All Blacks, but the level and frequency of denigrating comments...

    Wallabies v All Blacks @ Suncorp - 18/10/14

Well, I'm heading off to watch the match with some Kiwi friends! Apart from a masochist, what does that make me?! GO THE WALLABIES!!! Enjoy the match folks.

My suggestion for a pre-match announcement on the PA system at Suncorp Stadium: "Ladies and Gentlemen, we regret to advise, that due to financial constraints, security issues, and technical difficulties, we are unable to allow the Haka to be performed tonight. The New Zealand National Anthem...

Braveheart81, may I suggest that if you choose to volunteer for this task, you arrange for two mates to "Laser" you, so in the (unlikely) event of you missing the conversion, you have grounds for the Ref to award you a second attempt in front of the posts! You could then claim "legend" status!

    Wallabies v All Blacks @ Suncorp - 18/10/14

Froggy, my 'slightly more realistic' scenario would be: in 78th minute, Quade throws a cut-out pass to AAC (Adam Ashley-Cooper), who dives over in the corner. Quade converts to give the Wallabies "your 3-point victory"!!

Mrs Doug was disappointed to see that 'cousin Sam' was not in the 23 for this test, after reading yesterday's The Australian newspaper. I assured her that he was in fact the Wallabies starting #4. After reading the paper's team, I knew we had no chance of beating the ABs, as we only had a team...

My head's in a spin, so I'm off to do some laps in my pool! Have a good night folks.

    Kurtley Beale

This may have been mentioned, but ABC TV Bris Vegas reported at 8:30 tonight, that ARU has issued a statement denying any approach to any other coach, and that Link will coach the Wallabies through to the 2015 RWC!!
