    Qld Premier Rugby 2013

Bermingham has always been one to rely on his size. At junior level it was apt and he managed well as he has been a man for since the age of 16. However the games at prem level that i have seen with him in it he has struggled immensely, as he is no longer the only man on the field and size...

    Force v crusaders

i wouldn't mind a Godwin/CTM centre combo??? Also just saw the team list.......for every good change foley makes he counter acts it with three shit ones. Drops Stanley for Rasolea = Good Drops Cottrell for McCalman = Bad Drops Dellit for Stubbs = Good Drops Sias for SNK = questionable

    April Wallaby 30 Man Squad

Is it the time for some semblance of an astute game plan for once

totally agree SouthernX the field needs a bit of character to it. While i understand that clubs have put money into rejuvenating their fields, i don't think you can try and protect it for the rest of the year. However i will note that todays rain is particularly heavy and west is not the...

    April Wallaby 30 Man Squad

I wouldn't have qualms with people like TPN, Barnes and McCabe selection if they had played a few games. Although not my first choice I get the fact that they are people who get the systems and have played before. But on this 'tried, tested and proven' train of thought, wouldn't it have made...

Barnes, TPN, Timani and McCabe in the squad.............squad was definitely picked on merit then

At least after he breaks some 20 year old the kid can at least say he was broken by a wallaby

I think it certainly raises some questions. If sunnybank wanted to ease him back in then surely off the bench for reserve or premier grade would be adequate or do they really think that rod is at 2nd grade level?

    Elliot dumped in the bay

i think its more of an off seaon stint rather than for good

    Western Force 2013

A flyhalf is primary function is to pass the ball on and kick (at its most basic). Being astute at spotting the hole, passing or doing a quick dart are expected and the norm. While JOC (James O'Connor) is quite aptat 10, i feel it blunts his attack as a primary function of his job at flyhalf is to get the ball...

I believe untill the last two years he was considered an a flyhalf, centre, wing and fullback and the brumbie use to list him as a utility on their website. Edit: So only adds to the fact that he would be a very good selection as a utility

I guess if reports about digby ailing knees are true then i can't fault him for wanting to get out and make some money while he can.

Its a mistake by the aru it should be northern suburbs as that is who he plays for http://www.nswrugby.com.au/NSWRugby/TooheysNewShuteShield/DrawsResults/1stGradeColtsDrawsResults.aspx

You woudl think so but i think now that McKenzie has thrown down the guantlet Dean will be under pressure to roll the dice

    Western Force 2013

in a perfect world this is the backline i would want. The only reason i didn't suggest this, is that i question the defensive integrity of such a centre partnership.....I don't doubt their individual technique but such a light weight combination would struggle to contain larger centre partnerships

    Western Force 2013

All very strange i am starting to think its because the coaches only see him as a 12? but Godwin has this position nailed down. And due to people like Hayward's versatility they are better suited to the bench. But i am seriously wondering why two of the form player sof trials Stubbs and CTM...

    Western Force 2013

I have always felt JOC (James O'Connor) should be a 13 or 12 but i think it all depends ont he type of players you have around him. One thing is for sure the next move he makes will define his career In regards to a 2014 team i wouldnt mind seeing 9.Matthewson 10.Holmes 12.CTM 13.JOC (James O'Connor) 14.Morahan 15.Godwin...

I didnt see happy jack's in quote post so my mistake. However i stand by the dubious scrum calls.....which i think is a problem that plagues premier rugby. It is hard to understand the nuances scrum for someone who has never stuck their melon in there but still i find to often that scrum time...
