How does this help Australian Rugby.

I think we've lost a player eligible for Australia for another player eligible for Australia. This was a contractual decision made by the Force, so I assume someone over there thinks that Lynn is the better player. Whether or not this is the right decision the last thing I want to see is more...

How does this help Australian Rugby.

Pocock didn't need the time & pampering the others needed he was ready to go age 17. Even Eddie couldn't break him.

How does this help Australian Rugby.

Yeah he was good, the best thing was he was actually GOOD unlike a lot of the foreign players who are filling the rosters.

Well definitely JOC (James O'Connor) but Pocock would be brilliant where ever he landed. Yeah Braid was good for the Reds when Croft departed but McKenzie never felt the need to replace him with a foreign player when his time was up. The Force should have done so much better with the group of young players...

How does this help Australian Rugby.

No I'm not read the original post. I'm using Hockings as a prime example. Well why not bring back more Aussies. I was sitting in the stands 5 years ago watching the Qld Reds getting flogged week in week out a lot of those young players are still running around today handing out the...

Did you see Hockings play for the Force? Have you seen Toby Lynn play? I'm pretty sure that Lynn would be on the same amount or more money than Hockings. So it's not about money & rarely do players go overseas & come back better than when they left.

Well you still support the Rebels & I've been supporting the Reds since 2000. I'd rather see my team of young Aussies get thrashed than a bunch of foreigners on more money doing nothing for the Wallabies getting thrashed.

So losing Tom Hocking for Toby Lynn is a good thing for Australian Rugby? I don't care if they are Kiwi, Saffa, Fijian or Poms no foreign player should replace an Aussie & the ARU need to stop it.

Form Australian Players After Round 4

Speaking of Scott Higginbotham & height in lineouts I think he is a perfect example of not needing to be 200cm to be a brilliant lineout jumper. When the Reds have a pressure lineout they always call to him because he is like Matfield & has a very explosive leap & gets to his max height very...

How does this help Australian Rugby.

Other than Sarel Pretirous I wouldn't be calling any of these blokes talented foreign players. Delve was good last year but looks old & off the pace this year. Cipriani is inconsistent & I'm pretty sure he's to busy looking in the mirror to mentor anyone. If Delve is there for his off the field...

How does this help Australian Rugby.

Just looking at the Force & Rebels squad & how they have average Kiwis taking the position of an up & coming Aussie. For example the Western Force have released Tom Hocking for Toby Lynn how the fuck does that help Australian Rugby. Hocking was probably one of the best players @ the Force in...

We'll have to do a Justice for Diggers armband if he does get suspended.

Hugh Pyle has been brilliant I really like him as a player. Nathan Charles James Hanson

Reds vs Sharks Rnd 4 2012

I'm not to worried about the Reds sought of slow start to the season & I think they'll really crank it up this week in SA. The Sharks haven't really done much & the Bulls got beaten by the Bues last week.

Graham Henry - making life easy for Hansen

There is nothing in the article which says he's not interested in the job. Is there other stories or interviews where Henry has come out & said that coaching England is definitely not an option?

Graham Henry - making life easy for Hansen

It seems to me that Henry is really gunning for that England head coaching role.

Union or League - what did you start with?

Born in Essendon Victoria played soccer and Aussie rules until the oldies moved to Logan City Queensland where I played soccer for about 3 more years but got the league bug & followed Manly because of Michael O'Conner. Then Steve Renouf came along & I would tape & just watch re-runs of Steve...

    Rugby Predictions for 2012

Agree with MT on Stirling Mortlock I think he'll see out most of the season from the coaches box. Quade Cooper will lose his Wallabies flyhalf jersey to JOC (James O'Connor) but will stay a wallaby until the next RWC. Wallabies to win the rugby championship & Bledisloe cup. Rumbling from across the ditch that...

    Jim Williams BONED

To say that Jim Williams is a better forwards coach than McKenzie & Foley is ridiculous. Our scrum wasn't great by 2003 but certainly clever as we managed to win our fair share of scrum penalties during the 2003 final. McKenzie's time as forwards coach was between 2000 & 2003 during that period...

    Jim Williams BONED

I thought our backs were much better in 2010 those two games in South Africa & then the way they performed in Sydney, Honkers & Paris I thought was the best our backs had ever played under Robbie Deans. The complete RWC was just one big Cluster it still almost seems to me that it was an...
