If so, I guess it will be inspite of the coach.

    Wallabies V Samoa - Test 2011

Not a bad squad. Alot of Aviva Cup experience in the squad. They will still be pushing shit up hill to even get close. Their World Cup squad will improve though with the non selection of a few. I wish Manu Tuilagi hadn't thrown his lot in with England, he would be awesome to see as well.

    Brumbies 2012

Is Tom Alexander available or maybe even Caderyn Neville. I think they are both in the Runners. Hugh Pyle showed with the right attitude and training they might be able to become starting players. Finally can someone remind me why Ed Gower was flicked from their Academy. I know of his injuries...

    Australian U/19 v. England

Back in 2006 clubs could nominate players who were not schoolboy reps to play for a colts rep team. I cant remember who they played.

    Australian U/19 v. England

I just hope it isn't just a rehash of the previous years OZ team that have graduated. They need to somehow take into account the recent development of players. Someone who was weak last year and completely off the radar may have improved considerably. Still I dont know how they will be able to...

I'm interested to know how Gutherson is going. He's only in Year 11 but I know he doesn't play on weekends because of league and he played SG Ball this year. He will probably be playing Toyota Cup this time next year as a benchy.

    Shute Shield 2011

Slash believe it or not but I in the past have been critical of Manly. Their recruitment drive this year has been done at the expense of local players. I'll let you in on something the visitors changerooms are actually better than the ones for the home team. Maybe you are right about viewing...

    Australian U/19 v. England

I'm interested to know when and how I actually criticized any player. My criticism is of you and your continued belief that SU rugby program is the be all and end all of Australian Rugby. Your previous post mentions Chris Malone. I wonder what club he played with before he went to Uni and...

    Wallabies V Samoa - Test 2011

Peter Fatialofa was and will always be the king of Samoan Rugby. I'm quite disappointed that General Grant didn't understand the reference.

    Wallabies V Samoa - Test 2011

The last Wallaby/ Samoa test I went to was when Peter the Great was captain and they lost 73 - 3. I still remember to this day the poor bastards doing lineout practice in a car park next to St Mary's in Manly. I'm taking my kids next weekend to the fanday and the game. They are both very...

    Australian U/19 v. England

General Lee the game and date has been listed on the schoolboys site. Also Bruce why am I not suprised that you have once again pushed the credentials of a lower grade Uni player. Do you spend your days on Parramatta road spruiking for them? Aussie Dominance states that he's always been talented...

    Shute Shield 2011

Seymour has struggled with his goal kicking and field generalship. An example would have been earlier in the year when in the rain he kept directing the Manly attack onto the pitch area which wasn't extremely bright. You could leave him at flyhalf but then you would have to get rid of Milroy who...

Australian Schoolboys and National Championships 2011

Why do some of us think it is ok to criticize teenagers who are doing there best? As someone else said earlier dont blame them, blame the idiots that selected them.

    Shute Shield 2011

As someone who goes to most if not all club games the village green atmosphere at Manly is actually quite good for viewing. The sun starts coming down in the second half making it quite warm until it disappears behind Balgowlah. Then you have the view of the Pine trees and the sea breeze. I...

    Shute Shield 2011

If SU are perceived by S15 coaches as the only place to grab players what stops everybody in the Shute Shield going there. They hated the idea of the ARC and because of some aiding and abetting by the powers they have been able to enter a S15 team in the SS comp. With Hill the new coach at the...

    Shute Shield 2011

Why would they leave Uni. It appears to me that the Super franchises think that the only club that can develop players is Uni. Apparently no other club has anyone in firsts that is better than a 3rd grade Uni player. It's a fucking disgrace.

    Shute Shield 2011

The Heart Foundation might not be up to 1's standard but he is a guy who left Manly to go to the dark side. That showed courage. He wanted to be tested against the best and good luck to him and his fellow SPC expat and Manly refo.
