    We have caught the ferry out a couple of times. It was slow. And the service was dependent on the tides. That was a long time ago, I think the tide problem has been solved. The ferry wharf is a fair hike from the stadium.

    As others have pointed out, wingers are more prized in real rugby than in the other code. If he plays to his potential, has a good injury free year, he will stay in rugby, simply because he can make more moolah.

    Even if the only benefit is getting the club rugby everywhere onto the box it is worth paying for if you are a rugby tragic. I would pay more!!

    I have had a bit to do with the problems of managing turf surfaces (as an observer, not as an expert). Lots of variables, of course. But I suspect that the only way to guarantee good surfaces for scrums would be to go for artificial surfaces.
