I wonder if the NZRU CEO packed his red strides for his trip to SA? He’ll most likely need them.

    Reds vs Highlanders

The Reds seem to play the same plodding style no matter the state of the game. The Clan were down to a league team however the Reds continued to bash away and kick the ball at every opportunity. There was no sense of trying to up the tempo, keep ball in hand, and expose the advantage. Similarly...

Who the fuck is this show boating pommie ref? Did they get him from movie world

Wallabies v France, Brisbane, Sat 17th July, 8pm

Being at the ground for the first and third games, it was noticeable the lift in the physical intensity of the Wallabies. What was also notable was just how fast the French back three are.

    2nd Test Wallabies v France 8pmTuesday 13th July,

For the second week in a row we have been totally outclassed and outmuscled at the breakdown. Our backs are programmed and play the same way each time they get the ball. No point waiting for it to change as it won't. You only have to listen to the coach, players and commentators talking about...

Winter Tour; Wallabies v France Wednesday 7 July, Brisbane

Only the French could fuck that ending up. The Wallabies continue to fail in executing the core skills of the game. They were listless for most of the match and the decision making in the last 10 mins was comical

Winter Tour; Wallabies v France Wednesday 7 July, Brisbane

Looking forward to Darcy Swain's contribution as I thought he really improved during Super rugby's various versions. Athletic player who seems to enjoy the hard stuff.

I thought it was Woollarha GC but after my 12th silver bullet when I was in Spiv City the other month with Cyclo and Lord Gagger, I may have become a little dis-orientated.

    Australian Rugby / RA

All the red ink in the Financial Statements shows how wounded RA is and that solvency is not assured in the coming years. One of my favourite parts is Note 3. It lays bare the currency hedge that both Pulver and Hawker set up and then couldn't manage. At least it is now dead. I couldn't be...

    QLD Premier Rugby 2021

Regardless of who is most at fault, this is the second unsavoury incident where spectators have gotten into a bingle with players in recent weeks at Yoku Rd. It will be interesting to see what measures are put in place to address this other than Anthony Herbert playing a lone-hand trying to...

    Super Rugby T-T R3: Waratahs v Crusaders

Dinky kicks to no one that then lead to an opposition try is part of Australian rugby’s DNA.

    Wallabies 2021

The Wallaby coaching staff were at Coogee last week but I didn't see SJ anywhere. Maybe he was looking for his phone?

    Where to for Super Rugby?

I would rather watch NZ teams play than Aust teams as the standard of rugby is so much better. The argument of regressing the comp to five teams Aus teams is Banana Republic type stuff in my view. The fact we can't beat NZ teams isn't a valid argument for not trying anymore.

    QLD Premier Rugby 2021

Shame the GPS v Uni game ended like it did. Word has it a beer can was thrown and that kicked it off. A similar thing happened some years ago from memory? GPS never take losing well but this sort of shit is way over the odds. Good match that was most notable for GPS' inability to do anything...
