    Waratahs 2013

I completely misread his post. nevertheless...my comment still stand - though no longer directed towards the Almight Bruce.

    Waratahs 2013

Mssr Ross, I didn't once compare NSW directly to the Rebels. On paper, in probably every position but fullback, the Tahs are better than the rebels - I whole heartedly agree. I also agree that in terms of position on the ladder and in all to date head v head encounters, the tahs rank above the...

    Waratahs 2013

with such an excellent playing pool at the tahs, you guys must well and truely be run by the worst managers in the game, probably globally. every step coaching and management have taken this year have been more or less a disaster. the biggest case for private ownership in NSW is so that some...

    No more SBW in black

Stathi wrote a good article on the roar. but the better comment is the first one by "Ryan" which sums it up great. He was brilliant at league (an oxymoron?) and then left. went to france briefly and began to show a bit of promise. Then he went to the all blacks and to be honest, whilst he was...

    Rugby Championship 2012: Our Backline

Genia Cooper Ioane Barnes Beale - great tackler, runner and passer. Similar size to Connie smith. I'd love to see it trialled. Mitchell/AAC (Adam Ashley-Cooper) JOC (James O'Connor) - if not here as a roving winger but I'd love to see him play FB Will this happen? No. But I'd love to see sit trialled

    S15 - Rebels V Reds

I was quite impressed with perret. He played hard, tackled well and has good support work. Owen also looked solid. Positive developments. Just need to poach a couple wingers and a centre! Wouldn't mind seeing the rebels run oconnor at 15 next year with Beale at 10

So not A big difference. Don't understand why more people don't get it. Not too exy and it's glorious

    Western Force 2013

in hindsight that was all very growdenesque. his charity is in zimbabwe though....france is a 10 hour flight to zimbabwe so he'd actually be closer.

    Western Force 2013

mate of mine who used to play pro rugby over in europe ran into pocock in sydney last week for sushi. they got a chatting and my mate suggested he hit up france after the next world cup which poey said he was probably going to do. also said he got the distinct impression poey was looking to head...

2012 Super Rugby - crowds & TV viewer numbers

I just got foxtel for this season. get basic plus sports and iq and you can get it for as little as $50 a month when the deals are on. another $10 a month for HD. if i don't go watch a game at the pub once a month, i have paid for it. it's really not that expensive to be fair as long as you...

    Rebels 2013

his story is a little different to be fair. i don't see the need to make a big detail about chamberlain etc moving on. they are young guys who are switching clubs. its pro sports it happens. as long as we're told before next season starts!
  13. Sir Arthur Higgins

    Rebels 2013

they've only detailed the guys retiring from rugby full stop. mortlock, campbell, lipman. why would they honor and pump up guys who are moving to different clubs? what club does that? gerrard must very unfortunately be moving on either to japan, france or elsewhere in super rugby. we are...

    Western Force 2013

without change in the upper echelons of waratah land, i can't see cheika really wanting to go back there. I reckon a hard ass like him would revel in the challenge to do what white did at the brumbies.

    S15 - Rebels V Reds

he started off poorly in his first 2 games. looked out of shape and off the pace. however i feel he picked it up dramatically, as did hux and has been quite steady in the centres for us. hopefully more improvement on the way. i personally feel he needs to drop 5-7kg.

    Rugby Championship 2012: Our Backline

Doubt AAC (Adam Ashley-Cooper) comes off. Deans knows his worth. AAC (Adam Ashley-Cooper) to 13 and Horne rightfully dropped

    Rebels 2013

i think that's meant to mean hte last captain's run at aami park for the season and stirling's last run.

    Rugby Championship 2012: Our Backline

I now have. glad most share my disgust. I remember running for the corner with a man outside me in grade 9 - last game i played at outside centre before getting shifted to 6. as a non-australian a large part of me wishes that try had gone the other way to teach that muppet a lesson.

2012 Super Rugby - crowds & TV viewer numbers

Very doubtful. I think Melbourne would be averaging 14k this year. I imagine the tahs would be at least a couple thousand above that. Aside from the tahs, blues and Christchurch games the rebel crowds have been pretty low (10-12k)

    Rugby Championship 2012: Our Backline

i've seen AAC (Adam Ashley-Cooper) definitely run some exquisite lines and throw in some side stepping and jinking. not so much mccabe for me and definitely not horne. did it p!ss anyone else off that horne got that ball with a ton of space and a man outside on the weekend, chose to run on the diaganol effectively...
