Looks like Beale's knee injury didn't slow him down one bit. Good news for the Wallabies moving forward.

Well, not a lot of mystery around how their attack is going to shape up.

    Reds 2017

But they always seemed to know when to turn it on and we had so many players who could finish a movement and get the ball over the line, it's great stuff to watch. Watching Davies step guys at 25mph never gets old.

    Reds 2017

Man, after watching these matches I don't even really care about our W/L next year as much as I do just seeing the side play anywhere near as fast or aggressively as these Reds sides did. I've grown increasingly tired of seeing Wallabies sides rolled out who are trying to play coast-to-coast...

Watching some 2010 and 2011 Reds because I can't sleep and I'm not sure if I feel happy or sad :(

Cheers, wasn't sure exactly what you were referring to in your previous posts. It's definitely a complex issue but unfortunately I don't see the market forces shifting in Australia's future anytime soon. For the moment being I think the 60-cap law is a fairly functional solution.

How? We'd be selecting one of our better players in his prime playing years, coming off being our best back by a pretty big margin when he was last healthy with the plan being to use him during the upcoming RWC. Are you referencing the talent drain overseas and the long-term impact which that...

Do you think having Beale in the side would lessen our chances of success in the test arena?

I'd put winning tests and building towards the next RWC pretty high on the list of things that are good for Australian rugby. Barring some sort of catastrophic injury, Beale is going to be a key player in the next RWC for us.

We could definitely use his services at the moment.

Hooper never threw sand in anyone's face.

Do they have penalty counts too? Would be interesting to look at. One thing that stood out to me is that we've been on the receiving end of double cards more than once this year. Has a double card happened to anyone other than England (outside of us) this year? I honestly can't remember.

    Yellow Cards and Gold Jerseys

I may not have time to check in on the overall records of the other top nations before Monday but if nobody else does it before then I'd be happy to.

    Yellow Cards and Gold Jerseys

In 2016 the Wallabies have received 11 yellow cards while their opposition have received a total of 3. I think this is worth chewing on. Are we getting hard-done by the entirety of the World Rugby international refereeing cadre or is this just deserts for the ill discipline shown in the past...
