I think I agree. That does look to be the weakest of the squads. Decent starting forward pack but no depth, and not enough maturity in the backs. That being said, the Reds looked fairly ordinary a couple of seasons back, and look what happened.

A few Sunnybank boys might be worth a look. Rex Tapuai, Rota Setu and the 5/8, Seniuli I think? Also like the look of Con Foley from Uni.
