Think the addition of some of the sevens players has made a reasonable difference in terms of depth. Having the ability to locate the next best local player rather than just from the four clubs is a help as well.

I think the point is more that he could spend time at home. Dargaville is from the Northern Beaches so perhaps the Rays would suit him better.

Gordon have appointed Mark Philp as head coach he is an ex Development officer at the ARU and runs the coaching business Pro Performance Rugby so is well known. Craig Morrison will coach Easts he is well known as well as the ex Randwick 1st grade coach and Aus A Schoolboys/Waverley 1st XV mentor.
