I think your getting confused I don't think it would be unlimited interchange just that the 15 players on the fields points must not exceed 40 at all times during the game or 35 in 2nd colts instance.

Would have to be one of the Sydney FC fields in my opinion which I am not sure would be possible. The problem with the other fields is there is zero seating or cover. And that's not too say there is much at the two FC fields.
