Agree most everything you've said there GPSGPSGPS. The player whom I think would be the biggest chance of leaving may be Aitsi? After training with Prem's for pre-season he fell out of favour and mostly played Colts 1. From all accounts he's a great player and may find better opportunities...

Winkley went to BBC, graduated in 2008 I believe.

Despite Shatz recently being picked for the Wobs I'd say the balance lies in a backrow of Gill, Browning and Thomson with Shatz on the bench. Lets not forget that Thomson will be 33 by the time S15 kicks off next year. I haven't kept up with this injury history or playing minutes in Japan but...

Not really plugged in at the moment Breakdown but will probably find out a bit more in the coming months. I'd say there would be some worries at the clubhouse that Tuttle and Magnay may be getting pulled over to the Magpies. I believe (may be wrong) that Picone was a major factor in getting them...

Check their website or Facebook page for updates reds3. Im not from Norths but most pre-season will start around Jan/Feb next year. Premier Grade may start earlier.

I like your optimism Filth but I have a feeling the Gallopers may have missed their chances in 2013/14. With some major personnel changes happening at the club, most likely resulting in some player movements, it may be another year or so before things settle down again. Also judging by current...

If I recall, Grasso actually came to GPS when Frisby was already a fringe Reds player. I think some people touted the move as odd due to that fact. Frisby ended up playing quite a few games at fullback when he was available in order to keep Grasso in the side. IMO Christie was the superior...

Milne made a pre-season move over to Brothers I believe. I assume to chase more Premier rugby caps as he was fringe Prems/Reggies at GPS. I don't recall seeing his name on any Premier Grade team lists for the Filth though so not sure what happened?

How's Norths looking financially these days? If I recall they were in some strife a couple of years ago but seemed to turn it around. Obviously at this level money doesn't provide Premierships (we would hope) but its always helpful to know your club is in a good position and can provide...

    Reds 2015

I think all the talk is based on the fact that during the last 3 months Kerevi has been one of the most dominant ball running backs in Australian rugby.

    Reds 2015

Kerevi isn't exactly a young fella who suddenly came onto the scene either. He's 22 next year and he has been consistently dominating the Brisbane Premier Rugby scene for a number of years now. I have no doubt he's up to the task of being a starting S15 player.

    Reds 2015

Pending injuries I think you'd be starting Kerevi regardless and see how it goes. The bloke has killed the NRC and looked very good in games last year. IMO the 13 jersey is his to lose next year.

Brothers only got six?! Surely these stats are wrong...

    Reds 2015

There has been more of a trend for some of the fringe Wallabies/S15 blokes to head overseas while they're a bit younger. Most of them caught onto the fact they can beat the post-RWC exoduses and get the bigger paycheck with more game time. Still to early to be considering a guy like Gill going...

    Reds 2015

Out of the Reds 'core' I believe Genia is most likely to be the first one to move on post 2015, especially if the rumors are already starting to float around, not saying I believe everything in the media but in Genia's case it doesn't surprise me. The Reds need to start thinking about their...

Filth I'm curious as to why you believe UQ will dominate over the next 5 years? I feel that with some of the staffing changes to various clubs during this off-season (Bond and Souths especially) it is going to create an even more level competition. UQ currently have a fairly stable setup and...

Would definitely be a big loss. Tonga is still only 21 I believe, young and raw in terms of front rowers so he has a big upside. I was initially surprised by his selection in QLD Country but the experience will make him much better.

Sorry, I actually didn't mean it in a literal sense, was more inferring how much he has accomplished in SOO, Kangaroos etc

    Reds 2015

Whilst we don't have copious amounts of outside backs signed I think we have one of the best talent pools in that area out of at least the Australian conference. JOC (James O'Connor), CFS and Turner have played for the Wallabies, Hunt has more rep caps than anyone in the team and Kuridrani and JJT are two of...

I know all about that unfortunately. You make a good point though, hopefully he'll fill out properly with an off season of hard work.
