What specifically can any old heads do to stop the referee from watching only one team and one team only? There is only one way that reds could have not been penalised in that match, and that is to not take the field. Hometown refereeing performances do happen and if they are bad enough...

Game went pretty much as I expected. Reds don't look coordinated when they have the ball, but the was probably also influenced by the very aggressive defence by the Brumbies in the first 15 minutes or so. Reds look pretty ok without the ball though. Don't use JOC (James O'Connor) at 10......... He isn't one...

A big part of long term appointments is assessments of KPIs at regular intervals and acting on them. Depending on how far off the KPIs the coach or team are determines the level adjustment that is required. That could mean sacking the coach or hiring new ones or whatever. I have no idea what...

In years gone by it's not really helped though, coz the reds have just mishandled due to "sweaty" conditions. But then later season games the reds struggled with the "dewey" ball. Hopefully there's been a focus in ball handling this off season.
