You just love to see it! NZ Rugby should be thanking Blues for all the publicity.

    New Zealand Rugby Team Watch

Cane was the logical choice. Whitelock skipped Super to play rugby in Japan and is showing signs of nearing the end of his career. A Smith wasn't an option due to off field issues. Coles is a hot head, close to the end of his career and probably the 2nd best hooker in the team.

    Un-Australian Activities 2020

Blues team to play Lions on Saturday afternoon. A few players out - Tuipulotu and Tuungafasi (both forced AB rest), Robinson (head knock), Eklund and Marchant (both just rest/roation). Pleased to see Tolai get another opportunity - he looks like a talent. Blues: Stephen Perofeta, Matt...

    Un-Australian Activities 2020

Just on this one - Akira had a very pleasing performance. He has definitely dropped weight, looked typically good ball in hand (powered over for a try), would have scored another try if Telea had passed the ball and not hogged the ball like a typical winger. Defensively was where he really...

    New Zealand Rugby Team Watch

Lam is no chance of being an AB - he's 28 years old and just signed for France next season. He's also goes missing way too often in big games. Telea is someone who is putting his hand up but one area where he really needs work is under the high ball - Crusaders and Canes both put him under...

    Un-Australian Activities 2020

I'll take it. Blues did well to hang in there during the first half. Canes lost the plot second half but they were cynical all night. The second huge win for the Blues in a row. Awesome.

Excellent. Perfect time to give Sotutu a spell. A quote from Leon Macdonald "Akira has been training hard. He is in terrific shape and raring to go now that he has his chance.' Also Sam Nock still at 9? Yeah that works!

    Un-Australian Activities 2020

Well well well... Blues put Nock at 9 and ditch handbrake Ruru (which Blues fans have been calling for forever) and look what happens - they smash the only previously remaining undefeated team in the comp at their fortress. Rieko was probably the worst of the Blues. Everyone else played really...

Get used to more of it. Rieko wants to play 13 and Leon is happy to accommodate (in order to keep him at the franchise I imagine).

    Reds v Sunwolves, Rnd 4 2020, Suncorp Stadium Feb 22 19:15

You clearly haven't seen Brett Cameron play. Good win young Reds. That'll help the confidence.

I haven't been too impressed by Bridge this season. Nareki was far more dangerous for the Highlanders.

    Un-Australian Activities 2020

Feels like it will be make or break for Akira once Blues return from Africa. He'll get his chance (they'll need to rest Sotutu). I don't hate the idea of Black 10, Plummer 12 and Perofeta 15. Pleased to see Pierce and Narawa given starts too.

    Un-Australian Activities 2020

Crusaders got beat by the Chiefs in Fiji last year (after leading 20 nil). Your point is a good one though. Mounga so far above the likes of Perofeta/Plummer/Cameron. Blues set piece got destroyed One bright light for the Blues is Sotutu. That kid has some game.

If we are posting videos... Given that tonight is Blues-Crusaders..... Has there been a better try in Super Rugby history?

To me that summed up Kaino vs Adam Thomson and how important Kaino was in 2011. From memory Thomson did have an injured shoulder in that game but never was on the level of Kaino. After that game Kaino went on to be the best player in the 2011 RWC.

    Super Rugby Rnd 3 2020 Brumbies v Highlanders @ Canberra - Saturday February 15th 7:15pm AEDT

Well at least Highlanders have a proper 6 at 6 this week. That's progress. I have uneasy feeling Highlanders feel obligated to give Hunt starts at 10 given they recruited him from Crusaders. If that's the case they'd be better off running Ioane at 15 in my opinion - McKay is fast but very...
