Training started here 13 November at twice a week on a Wed and Sun till 18 December with a break then till I think the 15 January. Plus the boys must either go along to the gym session on a Monday or do their own work at local gyms or at home. Impressive so far :).

My thoughts exactly and that is why games and trials should be on video. Selectors and coaches need to start selecting players with all round ability and not the 'one run wonders'.

Looks like they are putting a good effort into the selection process and maybe the way they should be doing it right across the country.;) I'm of the opinion that the better players should be aligned with clubs early in their career to develop talent.
