    Colts 2013

Manly will be very good. Parramatta are improving, winning third grade Colts over Randwick and losing by 8 and 9 in 2's and 1's respectively, picking up a 4 try bonus in 1's. Still a work in progress and a tough three week start V Uni, Randwick and Manly but promising signs.

    Shute Shield 2013

Ed Martin. I watched the game again and even the commentators were baffled over some decisions, particularly the Woods sin bin which was inexplicable. I agree Parramatta weren't at their best and Randwick were good, but a level playing field would have been good.

    Shute Shield 2013

I never bag refs as a rule, they have a tough job, but the bloke in charge of the Parra Randwick game should hand in his badge. He had no idea what was going on in the scrums, his missing of crucial ruck infringements by green and the diabolical sin binning of Woods were examples of his...

    Shute Shield 2013

I like the look of the Parramatta team, especially the new hooker and Coleman and Rawaqa off the bench.

    Shute Shield 2013

Jeez, talk about touchy ol mate. I agree with almost everything except I think Manly might challenge Uni.

    Shute Shield 2013

Sooty clearly you have been out of it for a while as your grasp on the facts of 2012 are not correct. Uni were too good today, but Parra will only get better. I tip Parra will make the 6.

    Shute Shield 2013

I can happily report that Sydney Uni will be treated to a lush, flat and cricket pitch free surface at MRSL Park on Saturday, thanks to our brilliant Groundsman Frank Lawson.

    Colts 2013

Of the dozen or so boys from Oakhill, 6 played juniors with Parramatta clubs, 2 played with Wests, 2 played with Eastwood clubs and the remainder didn't play clubs Rugby, so the majority have a Parramatta pedigree. These boys saw an opportunity to stick together and help rebuild our program...

    Shute Shield 2013

Great season launch/grading night at OneWorld Bar Parramatta tonight. 150+ grade, colts and women Two Blues. Great to see club director Tatafu Polota Nau on the door, meeting and greeting every player on arrival and staying late with the players (not drinking Cheiks). There is a spirit rising in...

    Colts 2013

After many years in the doldrums, Parramatta will field three Colts teams in 2013 kicking off against Uni round 1. Great season launch tonight with over 150 in attendance.

Gotta say Taniela Rawaqa looked brilliant for Parramatta V Queanbeyan

    Shute Shield 2013

Parra took 3 grade and 2 colts sides to David Campese Oval today. Comfortable wins in Colts 1 and second grade. Parra got up in a scrappy 3rd grade but lost Colts 2. First Grade was a cracker with Parra racing away to an early lead but were hunted down by a good Queanbeyan team who led 26-24 at...
