Not at all, simply stating that the rivalry within the GPS is as strong as ever ! I'm sorry if I offended you and I'm sure St Pats is a great school, however a game against a GPS school holds more meaning to me and many other boys then one against a non-GPS school. Not meaning to offended...

Joeys 3rds vs Highs 1st which ended 65-5 was a more enjoyable game for the boys to watch then Joeys 3rds vs St Pats 1st which ended 12-10. Just another reason why the GPS comp is more valuable then an expanded one.

I am a big fan of the new format, but I do believe they could do it better regarding matching up 3rd and 1st grade sides. Sending half of Riverview up to TAS for the Joeys game is just plain stupid and should not be repeated. Definitely disagree with the breaking up of the GPS or the 'minnows'...

King is the only player mentioned who is pushing for a 1s spot, highly unlikely that well see either Grant or Curtain in either 1s or 2s next year.

Tom played on the wing last week at Shore and had a solid performance. But at 15 he should see more ball and hopefully show everyone what all the chat is about. Agreed, should be a great afternoon of footy at Hunters Hill.

Don't agree with the above post placing Kings as one of the favourites. Riverview will undoubtably and deservedly go in as overwhelming favourites but both Joeys and Scots have been their fiercest rivals throughout this age group. The two schools have also been dominate in the 16s with Joeys...

Scots 34-31 Joeys -lived up to all the hype, one of the best schoolboy games I've ever watched. Scots were smashed by injuries with Stiles and his replacements Maddocks both coming off and Kellaway playing the whole game with a very dodgy leg. The first half was try for try with MOTM Crafts...

Tips for this weekend Shore vs Newington - although I think Shore is a solid side capable of an upset, I think they'll feel the full strength of this New side coming off an unexpected lose. Could be a tough day for the Shore boys - New by 30 Kings vs View - Always a good game when these two...

Tips for this weekend Riverview vs Shore - should be a good contest between the north shore rivals. Shore have been disappointing to date and I expect another loss from them this week. The View boys will be too strong by 15 Joeys vs Kings - Both sides have a lot of injuries especially in the...

32-22 Newington over Joeys. Didn't get to catch the last 5 minutes but Joeys scored 17 points in that time. All reports are that Deegan was incredible in both attack and defence. Hope Scots can get up over Newington next week and spoil their party ! 37-12 Kings over Shore in an upset.

Predictions for this weekend: Shore vs Kings - Hearing there are a few changes for both sides out at Parramatta. Kings have been struggling this year and will be without NSW 12 Will Davies. This means Kane shifts to 12 and young Hugh Yates makes his debut at 15. I'm tipping Hugh to star for...
