But the Rebels lost games. They don’t deserve to finish 6th because they didn’t win many games. I mean, there is a measure of how a team goes through the season. The Rebels bench is poor and has lost them games. That is a part of the game and hence they don’t deserve to be higher on the ladder.

They toured NZ for 3 weeks, then went back to NZ again. They played 4 away games against NZ. That is more games against NZ in NZ than total home games against anyone so far. There is a real problem there.

It would be a yellow only if deemed to not be a realistic chance of an intercept and if there was an overlap. That might be the case but it was not tested. Equally it wasn’t a try. It was dropped. Whatever comes after that comes after that but don’t award a clear dropped ball as a try.

That is 100% it. In 2017 they had a good team. And all of that was lost when they were cut. They haven’t recovered and haven’t had a chance to. It takes 10 years to create a team. All the work done by the force was lost in a single pen stroke. Pulver and Clyne can rot in hell.
