    Wallabies 2021

I recall reading at the time of his departure that the Brumbies were disappointed he was going and hoped to have him return in the future. Great opportuntity to live in another part of the world and do something different as well as hedging his bets from a Test perspective. Compeltely understand...

    Proposed Nations Championship

What does that even mean? Morgan is one of the best tactical judges of the game in the southern hemisphere and universally fair in his appraisal of other teams.

    Wallabies v Japan, Oita - 23 October, 3:45pm AEDT

I essentially agree with this. The challenge is that the likes of Porecki, Mafi and even Hanson probably deserve to be in the power rankings somewhere too - but I don't know where. I think Lonergan needs 12-24 months of good Super Rugby and time in the gym

    Northern Hemisphere Rugby

Paul Alo-Emile's brother Moses looks to have been playing a few games for Stade too, I wonder if he will look to declare for Samoa as well or if he is eligible for France as went over there so young?

    NZ Domestic Rugby 2021

I thought Barnes' suggestions that the competition revert to one table had more merit than his complaints about a lack of promotion this year

    Fijian Drua 2022

To be clear, I am speculating - not based on information.

    Wallabies 2021

Any notable absences from the Japanese squad? I noticed no Horie, Mafi or Matsushima, but not sure if they're all still in the frame (assume Clermont didn't release Matsu)

    Rugby News from unexpected places

Thanks for the detail. Would be fascinating to see South America come on in leaps and bounds - would only be better for Argentina too if they had genuine competition on their door step. I think we can agree that SA are never going to have genuine competition in Africa and Japan neither in Asia...

    Wallabies 2021

Disagree. Great for Lonergan to have the chance to be the main man for Brumbies PS, Jake & Joe haven't really shown that they're next in line at this level. I like Meehan as a point of difference, or Phipps as a break glass in case of emergency option. Meehan is a left footer and very good...

    Wallabies 2021

Alright, well if we're looking 32 + 4, I'd be going with: Props: Tupou, Ala'alatoa, Slipper, Bell, Sio, Robertson (6) Hookers: Fainga'a, Latu, BPA, Kaitu'u (4) Locks: Rodda, Swain, Philip, Arnold, Skelton (5) Backrowers: Hooper, Samu, Valetini, Leota, McMahon, Swinton, Leota (7) Scrummies...
