That is VERY left field. I've been there, beautiful country.

Enjoyed Coleman's interview with Chubby on the Wandering Bear pod.

Sevens 2021/22 (World Series, Oceania, Comm Games & R7WC)

Don't know if deliberately disreespectful with the spelling or unsure how to spell, but worth a quick look to take a bit more care than that - especially when complimenting her! :)

    Aussie Player Exodus

What MLR does is give players a genuine taste of a FT program for 6 months, and at the same $ as a minimum Super Rugby contract - but with another 6 months of the year up their sleeve, to play ITM Cup for example. I do know of at least 2 MLR Aussies who've turned down a Super Rugby contract in the last...

    Aussie Player Exodus

Wonder whether we will see a few Aussie boys looking at Super Rugby again, with the English Premiership cutting its' salary cap by 28% (dailymail.co.uk/sport/rugbyunion/article-10356611/Fears-salary-cap-reduction-lead-player-cull.html) and the top two French leagues reducing over the coming...

    Rugby 7s general chat

I've always thought that using Women's Sevens as curtain raisers, HT, and post-match content at Super Rugby games would be a good shout. Also, a 2, 3 or 4-week summer series (men's and women's) across Christmas in AU & NZ, with franchises and an international player draft would be a good shout...

    Australian Rugby / RA

I apologise if this is the wrong place to post, but wanted to share a link to a fundraising page which I have put together to mark my efforts to walk from Brisbane to the Gold Coast (starting Boxing Day) to raise funds for pre-term birth - this is linked to the charity, Borne HMRI, which Dean...

    Super Rugby 2022

Commercially, absolutely, but if we play amongst ourselves all the time we might get some (even ruder) shocks come Test footy against other nations.

    Wallabies 2023

He's not in my 2023 RWC squad as I personally think he'll return to the NRL in 2023

    Wallabies 2023

Pretty fair changes @Jimmyjam. I see Hanigan as our best lock/backrow hybrid cover, would be interesting to see Leota play a little Test lock footy next year. But you can definitely stake a claim for your changes or mine either way. Key thing is the core nucleus appears fairly nailed on.

    Wallabies 2023

I am biased - I've been an unabashed fan of his for a long, long time (hence the profile pic). For mine, his utlity value meant I was comapring him like for like with Pete Samu, who I also really like. Seanny is just a guy you wanna go to war with.

    Wallabies 2023

When you look at the 'towards 2023' element of the question, and with the RWC only 21 months away, here's my crack at the 33-man squad (it's been increased since 2019). Be staggered if I hit 75% the way we churn players, but you never know... Prop: Ala'alatoa, Bell, Fa'amausili, Robertson...

Wales v Australia, Sunday 21st 4.30 am ADST.

Just thinking out loud, if we got one more back row injury Jordy Reid has been a success in the UK since leaving the Rebels (where he played through a broken back). Not sure if fit but signed originally for Ealing in the Championship, absolutely bossed it and signed for Gloucester where he...
