    Wallabies 2021

Anybody know why Naivalu not playing for Stade? He'd be one I'd love to see in the mix who is already over there, but assuming he is injured?

Coleman really interests me. Has been injured last couple of years, but if he can get a good head of steam up is definitely somebody I'd like to see in the Wallaby mix

    New Zealand Rugby Team Watch

All Blacks looking extremely ominous, to be fair.

I don't think McMahon quarantined for two weeks to join the squad to be behind Fraser McReight who hasn't seen a minute yet...

Humble pie tastes delicious today. Happy to have been proven wrong with my thoughts on the team selection.

How would you like to see NRC/ARC type comp?

I think what I like about it is that the Club teams get there on merit - and it's something else to be aspirational about. The Barbarians concept means you don't have to necessartily worry too much about creating a whole club and trying to attract members, fans etc, which failed so miserably...

How would you like to see NRC/ARC type comp?

How about something like this immediately after end of Club season: Top 2 Shute Shield & 1 x NSW Barbarians feat. top players from other Shute Shield clubs and unaffiliated Tahs. Same in Brisbane. Melbourne, Canberra, Perth all do the same, but only the Premier team and the rest are barbarians...

4 players in the 23 born in Melbourne... 2 in Brisbane (and they both play for the Brumbies ha!)

    World 12s

The most disappoitning, yet unsurprising, part of this is that typical administrative fat cats (Ritchie, Tew) and blokes like Hansen put their names to it in exchange for some quick $. These guys understand better than most that: - Finding a global Rugby calendar which works for Clubs &...

That is a bloody strong Bok team. I do a short segment on NZ Radio every Monday chatting all things Aussie sport, often a fair bit of Rugby. Here's this week's in case anybody is interested, reviewing Blde & turning attention to the rest of TRC https://player.whooshkaa.com/episode/900028

I'm big on building combinations and cohesion, but think we do need a few changes as well. Assuming JOC (James O'Connor), Paisami and LSL (Lukhan Salakaia-Loto) remain unavailable, I would run with: Slipper, BPA (if fit), Tupou, Swain, Philip, Leota, Hooper, Samu, Tate, Noah, Koroibete, Kerevi, Ikitau, Kellaway, Hodge. Fainga'a...

Naivalu was insanely fast before he got too bulky

My issue with FF (Folau Fainga'a) is workrate. I had heard that the Brumbies were looking at helping him find an early release overseas as they want to focus on Lonergan & McInerney, though McKellar's Wallaby influence and his selection here suggests that perhaps it was more driven by him as opposed to the Club...
